Read moreMy husband and I have just had the most amazing meal at Rose & Mango in St Neots, which we only went to because we had won a gift voucher in a raffle. We had starters of Samosa Trio and Chemeen Porichatu (King Prawns)…all was beautiful but the prawns were incredible. For mains I deviated from my usual Chicken Tikka Massala and went instead for the Kariveppila Kozhi Curry (Curry Leaves Chicken Curry) and I’m so glad I did - I have now found my new favourite curry!! My husband had the Lamb Biriyani and said it was the best he’d ever had. Everything tasted so fresh. We then had the Mithai Platter for pudding, which consisted of a Rose Brûlée, Pineapple, Chocolate samosa style pastry on top of a caramelised banana… all absolutely beautiful but the Rose Brûlée particularly lovely! I also had a Rose Flavoured alcoholic drink (pictured) which was purple and was a bit too nice and easy to drink!! Lol! I’ve never particularly been a lover of rose flavoured things, but it seems I am now! Also, the Kerala coffee was a perfect finish - hot, and very tasty. Service was impeccable. I honestly could not fault a single thing with our meal at Rose & Mango. And the next time we get a ‘date night’ away from the kids…we will definitely be back. Thank you Rose & Mango for a truly perfect meal and...

I have been eating Indian food for over 40yrs now it is my favourite cuisine. I can honestly say I experienced the best Indian food I have ever eaten . Every dish was delicious and well presented and there was plenty of it. We ordered a soft shell crab and Palak Patta Chatt to start . The Chatt was the most delicious Indian dish I have ever eaten by far . We moved onto Butter Chicken and Kanthari Chicken curry with rice a garlic naan . Again so delicious . We wouldn’t normally have dessert but shared an Mitai Platter and oh boy that was impressive too All this accompanied by copious ice cold draught Cobra. The staff were very efficient , attentive and made you feel special . We are looking for an excuse to travel an hour and a half from where we live to go back . We will go back . Thanks to Augustine and other staff members for a memorable evening . Don’t ever let the...
