Independently owned, dangerously friendly, relentlessly fun, and totally addictive little pub that puts the the dull, soulless chain pubs to shame.

A fantastic range of beers, ciders, rums (so many rums), and the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit.

Fridays and Saturdays? Live music. Actual bands with real instruments and real talent. Karaoke on a Thursday where even the worst singers get a cheer. It’s like The X Factor, but with more cider and fewer sob stories.

The staff are ridiculously friendly and the doorman might actually be the nicest bouncer in the UK, they truly are this pubs secret weapon. It’s got that rare community vibe you just can’t fake.

In short, The Pig and Falcon is a chaotic little gem. It's where you go for a pint and end up with new friends, a sore throat from singing, and a lingering suspicion that you’ve just had one of the best nights...

It's the second time I've been to this pub this year while visiting St Neots, the service was excellent can't fault it for this and the venue is lovely, however on both occasions I've come away very disappointed with the condition and taste of the beer. I visit lots of real ale pubs on my travels and generally the beer is kept well and the condition is excellent, not sure if the pipes need cleaning more or the beer is kept too long before changing, but on both occasions the taste just doesn't seem right. On my last visit I was so disappointed I just left the pint with only taking 2 mouthfuls. Not what I expect from a real ale pub. Will not be returning for a third visit.

Did some live music for these guys about 6 months ago, it was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and have great tastes in music themselves (I really need to learn a bit more Tenacious D!), and the drinks and menu items are competitively priced compared to a few other locations in the area. The calibre of musicians playing here is also consistently high, taking a look at their poster wall. They've got a winning formula here, for sure! I'd love to come back and do some more music for you guys...
