I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bürgshake, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience.

Let's talk about the star of the show - the smash burger. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? The moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The burger was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char on the outside and juiciness on the inside. But what truly elevated it to the next level were the caramelized onions. They added this irresistible sweetness that perfectly complemented the savory flavors of the beef. Each bite was a burst of flavor, and I found myself savoring every single moment.

And then there's the "Tease Me" milkshake. Just one sip, and I was hooked! Creamy, indulgent, and oh-so-decadent, it was like a dream in a glass. The combination of flavors was simply divine, and it paired flawlessly with the delicious burger. It was the perfect way to round off an already fantastic meal.

But beyond the incredible food, what truly stood out to me was the impeccable service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's evident that they take pride in delivering top-notch experiences to their customers, and it truly makes all the difference.

In conclusion, Bürgshake has undoubtedly earned a spot as one of my favorite dining spots. Whether you're a burger aficionado or simply looking for a memorable meal, I cannot recommend Bürgshake highly enough. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

When the delivery driver asks you how long you’ve been waiting for your food, the answer is indefinitely : too long.

I wanted to try this spot being a uni student, and had read that delivery times were an issue for other customers. I too ran into this problem, my order placed at 9.25, arrived 1 hour late at 11pm. I had to ring, just to make sure my order hadn’t been forgotten! They mentioned they were waiting on a driver which can’t be helped and some credit must be given for that. However, when it appears there is a consistent issue with delivery, and the problem is not solved, (I’ve never had to wait 1 hour for a driver on other Deliveroo deliveries) I have to ask: how does this business operate? Seemingly, with little care for the time of their customers.

The food itself was okay, hence the 3 stars, some freezer items, the chicken burger was nice. However everything was oddly spicy, which crept up on me through eating and make the experience less enjoyable. Not sure how or why this happened.

I believe this place could be better, if the wait time was adequate. If the food itself was worth waiting until 11pm (way past dinner time - even for a uni student) then perhaps I’d be less peeved about waiting. However, I will be sticking to Sultans from now on, whose food is much better quality, and wait time much...

Avoid like the plague. Gave me food poisoning. Figured it'd be better than McDonald's for a weekend treat... I was so wrong. Food arrived 2 hours late, first called the restaurant after 30 minutes late and was told the delivery driver was leaving as they spoke to me. Tried to call back 5+ times in the next hour and they refused to pick up. Not sure why they lied about the delivery. When food finally came, it was room temperature. Chicken tenders covered in sauce had clearly been sat for a while as they had turned to mush, so not crisp at all and the breading falling to pieces in the sauce. Burger was okay but not a lot of taste or flavour, seriously underseasoned. Loaded fries had chillies in despite me ordering them with no chillies, fries mushy so only ate a few. 2 hours after consumption I suffered food poisoning so vomiting and the rest of it. Not sure why the food is so expensive when...
