Ordered on Saturday night at 6:05 we changed the delivery address on just eat as it was wrong but just eat changed it back so we rang up changed it and was all good. we then got a notification an hour later on just eat saying enjoy your food we thought nothing of it and thought our food wouldnât be long after that 40 minutes passed and our food still wasnât delivered we then rang the shop the girl on the phone said our food was en route we then waited another 40 minutes and still nothing.. we rang again she struggled to find our order and then said our food had gone to a family members house the house it was originally ordered under but we changed it via phone. We then rang our family member and they hadnât received anything so we told the girl on the phone and she said she would contact the driver, she then got back to us saying the food is 4/5 minutes we said okay , another 30 minutes passed and we still hadnât received our food we rang again and we got not much out of her. The driver eventually turned up 10 minutes later turned around in our car park and went to leave until I ran out after him, he spoke no english to ask him where he had been⌠we got our food and no complaints at all as it was pretty much hot meaning it had only just left⌠we have suspicions our food was forgotten about for us to recieve nearly 3 1/2 hours later.

   Read moreThe Sultan Experience with the worst customer experience! We had ordered our food on the Morecambe Eats app at 7pm. We were told on the app that it would be ready at 7.45pm which then changed to 8.15pm once the order was accepted. When I arrived to collect the food, there were some people who had been waiting for an hour to receive their order, which started to ring alarm bells for myself! In my own personal experience, I was told be it would be 10mins until itâs ready when i first arrived. After 10 mins, the team came out to ask which app did I order from and then advised itâll be another 15mins on top of the 10mins which was originally said. So, after 25mins of waiting, the staff member at the till said theyâre âbagging it up nowâ, which was a complete lie as the chef had to come out and check what Iâd ordered on my phone and have it made there and then!!!!
So after a full hour of waiting around, the food finally came out and I was offered 3 cans of Diet Pepsi as a gesture of goodwill which I thought was an absolute insult to the experience I had and to what the other people before me had as well.
Itâs a shame we had this experience as it was the first time weâve ordered from here after hearing about how great the food, which it really was, but, unfortunately, we wonât be coming back until the staff stop telling lies in regards to how long it will take to...

SO pleased i did.... Sal ....you really understand customer service, you made me feel so welcome, remembered my name and my husband's name and I had only been there for a couple of minutes.
Free popadoms with selection of sauces whilst I waited for our food to be freshly cooked.
Ordered mixed kebab, Chicken very tender, lamb very tasty, doner, chips, rice, salad...it was sooo much food, and delicious, 1 mixed kebab is more than enough for two!
the place was spotlessly clean...and nothing gives you more hygiene confidence when you see two members of staff on the floor scrubbing the ovens. I could see them cooking a curry from fresh, no microwave for this team..well done guys, delicious. Cant wait to come back to...
