Flames Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

Ordered 2 kebabs and a garlic bread on a Tuesday night thru Just Eat. After an hour reported late thru app. After it was late from new time phoned restaurant-was hung up on. Eventually a nervous guy turned up at door and handed over random food. None of which is what we ordered(garlic bread, large donner, and chicken kebab with chips.) Looks like a scraping of what was kicking round the kitchen floor. Tried calling back but no one answers although occasionally being put on hold! Fingers crossed for a just eat refund but I doubt it... Just rip off dirty rubbish Update *my boyfriend walked up to town to return the food... They were still open but just...

Ordered over £15 as they promised a free garlic bread for this on justeat, which we didn't get, the fried chicken isn't fried chicken it's just frozen chicken that you can get from a supermarket and cook in the oven (the skin is soggy not crispy and the flavour isn't the same) the gravy seems like bisto or something similar which isn't exactly bad but I was expecting chicken gravy KFC style etc, my chicken burger was fine, the large diet coke wasn't cold at all, which is very disappointing, the chips came and were average with no salt or red salt, and most of them were soggy, maybe from being sat under the soggy chicken.. won't be...

What a shame! Firstly we waited 45 minutes for delivery. I’d understand if it was peak time. It wasn’t. It was 2.30am! It finally arrived… the flat burger that was half the quality of a McDonald’s, was stuck between a very cheap white bun. It was luke warm… as was the chips! The garlic dip was “ok”. I liked my can of coke…. But it was my own can so doesn’t count!! My husband says his pizza was fine. So maybe I should give 2 stars. But I’m writing the review and this burger and chips appeared to come from a skip…..!! I’m never ordering from Flames again! Biggest waste of £15...
