So I rang them up apparently it's Arabic restaurant Arab chefs 😂😂 non of them speak Arabic anyway It's only disrespectful Pakistani staff I ordered lamp sekh kebab and rice and shaworma on rice 2 hours and 45 minutes letter basicly 3 hours letter I got chicken sekh kebab not lamp and a got a chicken wrap not shaworma no driks no rice 18£ so before the diver drove of I checked I didn't let him leave I rang the place up and They said chicken and lamp are the same u should try our chicken even though I ordered lamp and shaworma was non left so they made me a chicken wrap why would I wanna pay to this 3 hours late and not even the right food they wanna sell me good I dont want and bring it 3 hours letter and expect me to still pay for it Please guys u lot need to shut the place of scumbags down it's fals advartisment it's a normal TP takoway watch out dont be fooled bay the name and the delivery driver waned to keep 2£ tip after 3 hours of been late from now and on if ur order takes longer the the time they give u simply dont pay for it if u tell me 45 minutes and u come after and hour simply u won't get paid for the food and u can take me to...

Honestly if I could give you zero stars I would. After a few minutes of ordering, we started to hear the sound of the microwave, indicating that the food was far from fresh and it was simply being heated. The moment the food came, we were all shocked - the "maqlouba" should be called "the mess" instead, the "lamb" (if this was even lamb) was extremely bland and the rice tasted horrible, that was not a maqlouba at all (we are arab and even an arab child could tell that this was not a maqlouba - the vegetables are supposed to be fried, yet you couldnt even do that) Rice does not take that long to make, yet you chose to throw it into a microwave rather than simply making it yourself. If i am being honest, the only things that weren't microwaved was the drinks that we had and the one plum tomato that you decided the put on each persons plate. If I could give this place a worse rating I definitely would ☹️

Ordered delivery yesterday. The supposedly mixed grill was not a grill at all and oil was filling the container. The chicken pieces were not fresh and were tasteless, the lamb meat was very hard it could break your teeth, the kebab was not good at all.

If I bought a £1.5 canned fool from the halal shop and ate it as it is, it would've definitely be much better that the £7.95 fool that they sent me. The falafel was disgusting, so hard and oily, and definitely not fresh. I guess it was made few days previously.

The so called Um Ali desert had nothing to do with Um Ali.

In general, the food was disgusting, not eatable ( except for the bread ), and a waste of £49.83 ( £42.55 without the delivery fees ).

I would definitely not recommend anyone to eat from this place, absolutely...
