We have never had any problems at your places and we come to Leeds alot especially for the friendly staff and great drinks...Only this was not the case on the Thursday night of the 21st sept. We came to your establishment after seeing a great artist at the o2 Academy, as we where thirsty (4 of us). My friend ordered first, as she has a boring husband who only drinks southern comfort lol. Anyway she ordered, her drinks and asked for her southern with NO ICE and some coke, this was confirmed back to her by the waitress and again my friend said yes please NO ICE. The guy who made the drinks decided to ignore the NO ICE and put some in. My friend decided to take the ice out of the glass and place it on the slip/drip mat instead of making a scene about it. But the guy who actually made the drink then proceeded to tell my friend off, called her dirty and disgusting for making a mess, She tried explaining that yshe had ordered a drink and specifically asked for NO ICE, but he just continued to be rude and i had to step in and make a comment and as a result we decided to take our business elsewhere. This was not acceptable behaviour from your staff and we where shocked how...
Read moreThank you so much to Callum, Nas, Doug and Max from Be At One Leeds for making our birthday so special. We privately hired part of the Millennium Square venue for a 21st Birthday Party and all of the staff (from Greek Street and Millennium Square) were absolutely incredible. There was amazing service all night, we were able to play our own music through the speaker system, the drinks were all delicious and the bartenders even helped with photo-taking/lighting and carrying out the birthday cake! It was an incredible night, an amazing venue perfect for our group of roughly 50 people and for any birthday or event. Amazing value for money and I couldn’t recommend a better venue for a birthday party! A big thanks from...
Read moreCame here with my girlfriend a few months ago. I was wearing black trainers, black Levi's and a grey jumper. I was refused entry and told by their door staff. I look like I'm dressed for the streets. My white girlfriend who was also in trainers was fine to enter the venue if she wished. The ordeal left me feeling upset and unwelcome. The doorman was horrible and ultimately it felt very racist. As nothing about my demeanour or outfit suggested I was “from the streets”. I also work in the stonegate company so I expect so much more from this establishment and i hope no one experiences what i had to that day as it was disgusting and not okay in any regard. I hope Be at one fix this so it doesn’t...
