I am writing to express my complaint about an extremely unpleasant dining experience in your restaurant recently. My friends and I arrived at the restaurant at noon on March 19th, looking forward to enjoying delicious food and a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, we were troubled by a series of disappointing events.
First of all, I would like to mention the attitude of the service staff. After we entered the restaurant, we tried to communicate with a waiter to order, but he seemed impatient and indifferent. Our request seems to have been completely ignored, and he is not even willing to face us, let alone order. This attitude makes us feel very disrespected and neglected.
As customers, we hope to enjoy good service and delicious food in the restaurant, but our experience completely violates this expectation.
Therefore, I hope that your restaurant can take our complaints seriously and take appropriate measures, including but not limited to retraining employees, to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again. At around 7.40pm l walked to the entrance of A nation of shopkeepers and the security gentleman challenged me as l tried to gain entrance, l was asked "what do l want" , l was shocked that l was stopped and asked "what do l want" in a threatening manner, l than said why are you stopping me then he replayed "who do want" ,at this point l was in total shock, l had not had any alcohol, my dress sense was good, it could only be that l am a black man, at that point l said you have no right to speak to me in that manner and it's disrespectful. We ordered a relatively big order of cocktails for 6 people and were sympathetic as we waited the 40 minutes for the drinks to come. No apology but fine, we get it may have been a stressful shift and we didn't want to be difficult customers.
Quarter to 10 we walk to go and pay, going through what we ordered we get told in a sarcastic tone 'take your time'.
Honestly, already poor service followed by such disdain and rude behaviour. She ran off as soon as the bill was paid clearly knowing she was in the wrong and left no chance to relay our experience.
