The worst service I've had in a restaurant in Leeds. They asked us about our booking the first thing although half of the tables were empty. Luckily we has a reservation. The waiters only came to take the order and to bring food. They were never around and we had to chase them to change our drinks and when we wanted to order dessert they were never around! And even for the bill we had to pay at the counter because they weren't anywhere near our table We arrived 45 minutes late to our reservation and although the restaurant was half empty we didn't like how the waiter reacted to that. When the food was served the waiter made a very rude comment on how much we ordered although we were two! This was utterly unacceptable and unprofessional especially since we weren't dining there free of charge. Moreover, the food was served cold and at that point it did not matter because we knew we weren't coming back to this restaurant, so if you want to have a lovely evening and enjoy authentic mexican food, definitely avoid this place

We did a bottomless brunch, and Saania served us, she was really prompt with taking order drinks and even let us take our drinks outside after the 2 hours, i loved it!!

Popped in for lunch today. Very quiet inside. Was warm outside but noticed the tables are on a bit of a slant so just went inside. We were seated, and there was a QR code on the table to scan. We scanned it, but we're unable to order anything. We were left for ten minutes before being asked if we'd like drinks. Those took another 5 to 10 minutes to arrive, and we weren't asked what we wanted to eat. Ten minutes pass, and still no-one had come to us. Tried the QR code again, and this time it showed our drinks on the bill, and would allow us to order food. Ordered our food, and waited again. Think about 20 minutes more we waited. The food came, and it was excellent. Ate every last bit of it, and followed up with some Churros (again, ordered from the app, well before I'd finished waiting, and still took another ten minutes after I was done before they arrived. Paid on the app, and left. Great food, just less than stellar experience ordering our food, and was a bit quiet (on a Sunday afternoon).

Firstly the staff were unbelievably rude from start to finish. The lack of personal hygiene with our waitress was not for the faint-hearted. Her fingernails were that dirty you could have grown vegetables in them (not great when personally handing over food and drinks) I asked to upgrade two of our bottomless tapas to also include bottomless drinks for the two adults and leave our under 18-year-old with a lime and soda which was a task within its self as apparently (exact word from our unhygienic waitress) “it depends what manager is on they don’t like tables to split who’s having what” I explained the adults would be wanting alcoholic drinks and our child wouldn’t therefore wouldn’t need bottomless drinks and just got an eye roll and she walked off.

We had our order taken at 17:20 (we were told our 90 minutes started as soon as our food hit the table) we didn’t then receive our drinks until 17:50 (out of the full restaurant there were only 9 tables taken INCLUDING OURSELVES the place was DEAD) no way should we have to wait that long for a simple drinks order. When the drinks finally arrived they were 70% ice and 30% drink.

The first round of food arrived & was horrific the tacos were SWIMMING in grease and excess water. The beef tacos couldn’t even be handled & had to be eaten with a knife and fork! The potatoes were raw in the middle and completely unedable. At the time of food coming I tried to order another drink after receiving a glass of ice and 30% juice (which didn’t last 3 minutes) I was told I was unable to order another drink until I had eaten my food???? I had upgraded our bottomless for an extra £40 but couldn’t order a drink when needed?

The second plate wasn’t much better. The “in shell prawns” were not in the shell and freezing in the middle not de vained still poo up it back again unedable. Again service was extremely long even with a dead restaurant.

When it came to ordering again I got sick of waiting half an hour to be able to order a cocktail so ordered a corona in a bottle which I thought would be simple enough for the staff on shift. After my drink sitting at the end of the bar for 15 minutes well the staff had a very heated chin wag The bar staff brought me a 0% corona I explained I had ordered an alcoholic version which she replied “Well the ticket said 0%” turned around in a mood and proceeded to slam glasses and bottles on the bar directly in front of our table storming about and muttering under he breath she even then went to the extent of having a go at the member of staff who served us IN FRONT OF OUR TABLE!!!! And he came to apologise well the sour faced member of bar staff proceeded to slam objects about and create a fuss.

We tried to order our final plate at 18:50 we were told our 90 minutes were up as we made our first order at 17:20 and we could no longer order any food. I told the staff member that the original member of staff had told us our time started from our first plate getting to us which was not until 17:50 he replied “this is absolutely impossible your food or drinks had taken this long the restaurant isn’t busy” then rolled his eyes and brought dessert anyway after being told we did not want to carry on and would happily leave.

Overall the staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, unhygienic & had faces like a bulldog chewing a wasp. The food was below average and the fact I upgraded £20 per person for “unlimited drinks” which on your original menu are £5.40 each and was only allowed to order two of these were completely unacceptable! Wouldn’t recommend and will not...

Arrived at 2.40pm for a 3 o'clock table. Was finally seated at 3.30pm, we wasn't allowed to wait in the bar as they were too busy (we paid for 2 hours food and drink) by 4.30pm we had only ordered 2 rounds of drinks as no one was waiting on our table. Every time I said "excuse me" they would walk past and ignore us. At a point where we felt let down I stood up and spoke to a man called Joey, he couldn't care less, said he was our waiter, I simply asked why he hasn't been over to us, gave no apology, made every excuse going, from its because I am I'll to were really busy... I said to him it has been really poor service and swore whilst explaining why, he used me using a swear word to say I wont serve your table now, I asked for the manager to come speak to us, who again used the excuse of we are too busy. I explained Joey is around adults who use swear words, nothing was said to him and he was treated how we want to be treated, she had no interest at all in helping or getting drinks, she was more wanting to make sure we all knew that "Emma" was the manager and she can do what she wants. When she finally understood we only had 1 hour of drinking within the 2 hours we have paid for she said at 5PM we can have another round and it should take us up to the 2 hours nearly that we have paid for. come 5PM they said we couldn't have another drink as they need the table. So she lied. Again after explaining to her how poor the service is we got " we are busy, we cannot help not serving you" which is good for them but we haven't got the service I am paying for, when the Bill come at £610 for 3 drinks each really is a kick in the teeth. When asking for Emma's name we got £5pp discounted. And to top it off when we were leaving 3 drinks that we ordered at 3.30PM turned up!! you really couldn't make this up. Long story short, Joey didn't attend our table, when asked why wouldn't speak to us and got Emma the Manager to come over, who was rude, spoke over me, wouldn't offer no apology for lack of staff and poor management, thinks by saying we are busy that means you don't need to serve people or help. A management course is needed, with good management the night could...

Actually baffled by this place! We came for a bottomless brunch with 4 of us in our party and was really disappointed by the drinks and the service.

The food was fine, the chilli tasted like a glorified microwave meal but hit the spot and did what it was supposed to - line our stomachs for 2 hours of cocktail drinking. However, our disappointment really came from the drinks.

The drinks were weak and not very tasty (gave us rum and orange juice vibes rather than actual cocktails) and you could barely taste the alcohol in the pitchers! They went down okay because it really tasted like fruit juice - if that's your vibe then great! But we like to actually get drunk at bottomless brunch, which we really struggled to do.

Unfortunately, after the first 20 minutes of dining (of our 2- hour slot) we still didn't have our drinks. When they arrived one of them was incorrect, and the waitress wasn't able to tell us what our random drinks was! We tasted it and realised it was vodka, which we don't really drink, but we drank it anyway as we didn't want to wait an additional 20 minutes for our replacement.

We were really unhappy with the service. The waitresses were LOVELY and really apologetic, but we had to flag someone down for EVERY SINGLE drink refill! Meaning we were waiting ages to actually get drinks. We feel that a bottomless brunch is an opportunity to get drunk, or at least tipsy, but we left feeling sober, which was crazy considering we did everything we could to feel something! Weak drinks combined with irregular refills really wasn't worth £40pp.

If you want better service, nicer drinks and a generally better vibe we recommend revolution...
