McNoodle King Leeds — Restaurant in Leeds

I went to Noodle King to order take out food today. Told the woman I wanted to order a meal for two advertised at £25. She tried to tell me that isn’t what I wanted. I assured her it was. I proceeded to order one veggie noodle box , she asked if I wanted chicken with it, I said no that I’m vegetarian but that I wanted the other box with chicken for my son. She kept trying to tell me the combo box was better so I said okay, one veggi and one combo, two portions of spring rolls. Got home (really hungry and looking forward to food) she had given me two meat combo’s, one portions of fried prawns and one portion of veg spring rolls. All I’ve had to eat is spring rolls as I Do not eat meat and did not order two meat combos. I tried to order one veg noodle box and one chicken but she argued with me. The guy who came in after me she also tried to tell him what he wanted and he ended up shouting at her and told me she always gets his orders wrong. I am out of pocket and hungry. I will not be ordering any food...

Just had a very bad things experience from the services. I've been ordering from here for ages. Called to make ah order and lady just hanged up call on me without me finishing. Called again back 3 times and there was no response. God to the shop and she had prepared noodles instead of rice. I don't take noodles and she told me there's nothing she can do. Left the noodles and she didn't even give me my money back. Had to leave cause I was late for work. What kind of services is mcnoodle providing now? I'm really hurt by this. deliveroo disaster, i order a my food for a certain time to plan around the kids, i love mc noodle king it’s actually one of my favourite spots on this occasion i blame deliveroo. it arrived 15 mins late and flat cold and when i sat cold it was freezing. was in the mircowave 5 minutes before it even started to get warm.
