Subway — Restaurant in Leeds

Very stingy branch with rude staff. The lady “Jay B” put 3 pieces of lettuce and jalepenos in my sandwich. When my friend asked for more on her sandwich she rudely and abruptly answered her “NO this is protocol if you want more then PAY!!” To which we said we’ve been to subway and this branch specifically before and never been told this and they also never be stingy with how much they put in to which she was rudely talking over us repeating “NO NO PROTOCOL YOU PAY, NOT THIS SUBWAY”. Very rude, she needs to be trained in customer service because you will lose customers if they’re being treated how we have been. Also, it is a bad image on the company. Whenever I’ve had subway, the servers add enough salad and I’ve never had such an experience where they COUNT the lettuce and jalepenos! I have called other branches to confirm if they’re limited on how much veggies they can add to a sandwich and they have said no. They have said I can ask for more without paying and when I explained about her counting 3 pieces they were shocked and said that it shouldn’t have happened. Won’t be coming here again. Very...

The worst Subway experience i had!! I ordered a footlong and wanted to use the £4.99 offer on it. When i pay, i double confirmed that my food is eligible for it, scan my QR code and the employee also confirmed that I am using the offer. But later when i checked my receipt, i saw that it’s in the usual price! Then i went to confront them. But they refuse to admit that it was their fault on operating the payment system. They BLAMED me for not checking through my account to make sure I can use the offer, which i actually DID, even with the employee!! And went on to accuse me for disturbing them and wasting time as they are busy doing others’ orders. At last, they said there is nothing they can do for this, and have the audacity to ask me to use the offer next time! WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY OR ADMITTING THAT IT IS THEIR FAULT!! Worst...

Not my first time visiting this subway, but it’s just as bad as before. Thought I could give them a chance but that was obviously a mistake. I ordered a saver meal (which first of all was seriously overpriced, £4.99, as I know a subway which only charges £3.99). It was the triple cheese toastie and first of all, they didn’t even give me triple cheese, it was double. They tried telling me that triple cheese was 3 slices, which is obviously ridiculous as i know that it is not.
