And don’t get me started on the "Sfizio Calabrese" — it instantly brought back childhood memories of my nonna’s fried treats. It's crunchy, comforting, and made with heart.

Beyond the pizza, their homemade pastas are just as delightful — authentic sauces, perfectly cooked, full of soul. And then... the desserts. Cannoli, pasticciotti, bomboloni — each one a small, sweet masterpiece. You'll want to try them all (and you should).

Lievitoo is a hidden gem in Leeds, still relatively unknown — but it deserves to be discovered, loved, and celebrated. Go once, and you'll keep going back — not just for the food, but for the warmth and kindness of the people...

I ordered the potato-topping pizza and a tomato-based pizza. Both were about £2.20 each. I don't know why I was charged £6. Of course I knew it was more than I had calculated, but suffering from hayfever I just wanted to go on my way without asking why. The potato slices were only a few and very thin too, and it was over seasoned with too many herbs and really salty. The tomato pizza wasn't only really thin, but it was all too crispy/too crunchy, like a cracker. This is a fair review of the food in my opinion....

Während meines Urlaubs in England wurde mir das Restaurant Lievitoo wärmstens empfohlen man sagte mir, dort könne man „wie in Italien“ essen. Also habe ich beschlossen, es auszuprobieren. Und was soll ich sagen? Als ich die erste Pizza probierte, hatte ich wirklich das Gefühl, in Italien zu sein!

Das Essen war absolut fantastisch frisch, authentisch, voller Geschmack. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Qualität gekocht wird. Auch die Besitzer waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und haben sich mit echter italienischer Gastfreundschaft um die Gäste gekümmert.

Ich kann Lievitoo jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem Stück Italien ist egal ob Urlauber oder Einheimischer. Wer echtes, italienisches Essen liebt, sollte hier unbedingt essen gehen!

Il cibo era assolutamente fantastico fresco, autentico, ricco di sapore. Si sente subito che qui si cucina con passione e qualità. Anche i proprietari erano incredibilmente cordiali, accoglienti e si sono presi cura dei clienti con la vera ospitalità italiana.
