Good Middle Eastern food! Prices are very fair and reasonable. The atmosphere is that of a street food place so nothing like a restaurant but it’s fine to have meals like these. The guys preparing food and at the counter are very kind and friendly which is very pleasant. The chicken shawarma with halloumi was very nice I’d definitely recommend it if you wanna have a cheap tasty meal, 5.50£. The rest as well is fairly normally priced. They also have hamburgers and pizza slices but I think this is not the place for burger and pizza slices so my recommendation is to stick to Middle Eastern food in this place. Recommended!

A mixed bag. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap over the phone to collect which was accepted by the call handler. However when I arrived half an hour later nobody knew about it. The servers were very friendly and quickly prepared it while I waited which was great. The wrap was okay but not as good as previous shawarmas I've had. The lemon flavouring was too overpowering and the chicken was bland. For a quick bite to eat during my lunch break it was passable while the brothers were very nice. However I can't recommend going out of your way to find this place.

The rating has only five stars, and I would like to mark as six stars actually! Believe me, their service is quite nice and I really love this store! I have popped in this store to get dinner or lunch many times, every time I love the taste of the meal and meet different staffs and they are all very friendly! I cannot appreciate their good food and service anymore! The first time I ate in,I was so surprised to find the Chinese mandarin version poster just near the doorstep. Just through this detail I feel they are dedicated to operate this store as they even think of making recipes of Chinese version. Many local restaurants here don’t manage to do it.It must cost some money and also the translation is fairly good😬 The second time I went in to have dinner was on the last day of last year. The staff with smile served me well and even wish me Happy New Year! And I also found they treated every customer regardless of nation and ration in a serious and hospitable way! They always said polite words! Also, I would like to share one of my personal experience with one of the staff. He served me once and later, when I was walking in the main route on campus, he came across me and said hello to me actively. Some time later, we came across each other in campus at one night again and he asked me “it was late, what are you going out for” I said” I want to buy sth in Tesco” and He recommended another cost-effective store Lidl to me. He is so friendly and warm-hearted! In Leeds, I have never seen people helping a stranger to that degree. It reminds me of the people in my country. They are always kind and willing to help foreigners and strangers. Please kindly receive all my gratitude! Hope the business of Lebanese Bites prosper and hope all you staffs be...

I would like to share with you my 2 recent visits into this shop. 3-4 weeks ago I came in for a chicken shawarma, greeted the owners and workers in English and made me order. Whilst waiting I overheard the worker (Libyan originally) urging loudly in Arabic with the owners (who was handling it very professionally) I happen to speak Arabic as my native language and they were shouting racial slangs, racial abuse and cursing about different nations which I happen to be from. This clearly alarmed and upset me however I didn’t want to make a scene hence collected by food and left (food was ok 3/5 btw for rating purposes ,was very oily). I came in again yesterday 14/8/2021 and made another order just to confronted the Libyan man with his previous raciest shameful behaviour. He claimed he was in holiday and was clearly getting nervous while responding. To the degree that he ran behind me into the car park shouting at me and almost called me a liar . Such lies, unprofessionalism and hippocracy is what I would like to highlight here. Although it has nothing to do with food rate which was again about 2-3 out of 5 . The man’s hygiene can be improved and he was touching places of his body he should not be touching while preparing food (possibly as he was getting nervous when being confronted). I discarded the food eventually as his behaviour and body grabbing mannerism was disgusting. My suggestion to the owners who looks decent and professional in both of my encounters to the shop. This man should learn how to speak and deal with customers. Not forgetting to ask him to improve his personal hygiene . Perhaps anger management lessons wouldn’t hurt him. In summary, unfriendly staff, arrogant and can come across quite angry and possibly racist . Best...

Food is usually spot on, however, we ordered something last week for it to arrive over an hour later than it was due, cold and slimy, inedible. The delivery driver was new and had been trying to contact us by ringing the verification code at the bottom of the receipt, which is why he was so late. I called the restaurant and the owner had no choice but to accept responsibility and agreed to refund me, I asked that the food be collected as it was not fit for consumption. Anyway, fast forward a week, and the owner now refuses to accept responsibility and will not refund us, in fact, he believes just eat should pay it as they delivered the "food" aka mushed up slime!

I'm 8 months pregnant or I would go into the shop and make a scene, but it's ok because if this is how you people treat your customers, then good luck because this is not the time for shoddy service! Shame on you, you are too greedy to refund us but u will lose what you took by 10 folds!

Added after response- if you can lie the way you have here, I daren't even think what you might do to the food! You are embarrassing to lie the way you have, even more embarrassingly for you, I just so happen to have witnesses who don't appreciate you lying about their opinion of it either!!! And I am 8 months pregnant, that's not seeking anything, that's warning you, it's the only reason I've not been in and kicked off, cos giving birth in your shop is not my desired plan, however, be very careful what u wish for because if I do come in, I will make your lies true, I really can be a screaming mental...
