I saw some recent posts on TikTok and Facebook so I thought I drive down from Beeston to buy some food as a big fan of trying new smash burger spots. I asked the lady on tills what’s the top selling product and was advices to buy the box meals. I asked if I can have not gherkins in the classic duo burger and was told can’t make any changes. I even asked if I paid extra can I change burger for the bigger one and was told that’s not allowed as not giving option on till. Which is fair so said make the classic duo. I than asked for 10 wings but asked if they can mix peri peri and lemon and herb together like Pepe’s or HFC would happily do and again this lady said no changes and the boss would shout at them if they do that. It sounded quite odd as the owners do not allow any amendments to an order. At this point I just left and decided to go elsewhere. The food may be amazing but for me if the service and customer journey at the start is not great I rather spend the money elsewhere. It’s a new business and hope you have all the success but you guys need to do some improvements on how the customer is being approached and catered for. Apologies for this review but genuinely was looking forward to trying and had no choice...

WOW WOW WOW !!! where shall I start ,first of all the smash burger was amazing ,the meat was so juicy and succulent ,secondly the bun was nice and soft as it melted in my mouth. This is one of the best place to have a smash burger because where i am from (Bradford) the smash burgers are nasty and a friend recommended this place to me and I dont regret it all as the food was outstanding ,service was brilliant and will definitely come down to try the food again .Lastly if you are like me and you are in to your smash burgers then this place i will recommend the most ,it is one of the best burger places i have ever been to ,so you must come down and try it now. The americana burger was gorgeous as the beef patties were big and refilling, the price was reasonable and the crispy fried onions were making my mouth water before i even picked up the burger. Now i usually have a turkish delight pizza at bigfellas in bradford as it is nice but this time i thought lets try it over here, as soon as i took that first bite i didnt stop,the sauce was top notch along with the donner, this is one of the best pizzas i have ever had and i wont be going to bigfellas anymore as this pizza has overtaken it and the chips were...

Ordered a falafel wrap with chips and a water. Waiting time felt long, but was probably reasonable, I was just hungry. I was asked if pita bread instead of a wrap was okay. I said it's even better, imagining something akin to the photos on the menu. But this was the worst pita I've seen in a long time. Soft bread mostly disintegrated in the sauce and impossible to eat without sticking your fingers in the sauce and salad. Not that I mind getting my hands dirty, but if you'd give this "pita" to someone Greek, they'd probably start crying. Just put only as much in as the bread can fit, maybe grill it for a moment to give it a bit of crunch and texture, like the lebanese guys next doors do.
