Discovered this place by pure chance, and fell in love with it. It's friendly and welcoming to all people - all races, orientations, identities, everything. I think everyone can feel represented here. It's also a social hub for marginalized communities to organize, which I love. The place has an indoor bar, an outdoor seating area, and a small concert venue. I think the place is run like a member co-op or something, so drinks prices are also very very friendly. There's no food other than snacks like crisps, though. Just drinks and love :)

Inclusive collectivist co-operative run bar with a range of mainly local beers, European lagers, ciders & cheap cans. Plenty of space out back, some of it covered for extreme weather. Really eclectic mix of customers & frequently hosts music nights with loud, thrashy punk & post punk on Saturday 29th plenty more to come. Definitely a place I'll aim to visit once or twice every month from now on.

love this pub - maybe my favourite spot in leeds for a pint and a catch up. very inclusive and friendly and very competitive priced drinks. they do lots of lgbtqa+ events and fundraisers too. good selection of fruity flavour beers. good little area outside. dog friendly. the graffiti in the toilets is always superb too.

This place used to be good. You could go in with your friends and have a nice laugh. But now it's not the same.

I understand the membership for events that happen in the second room. But when you get asked for membership on regular days and then the bar staff get aggressive towards you staying that you need to be a member to step foot on the premises, it's a bit stupid.

The first time I went to Wharf Chambers, I got accused of being sexist and homophobic because I didn't like it when a guy came on to me and got kicked out. I went back in a few months later and everything was fine from then until last night. As Leeds is in Yorkshire, you tend to hear the "Yorkshire Twang". I said to the bar staff in a nice way "Thanks love!" and put a tip in the tip jar. They then turned to me and said "Excuse me?! Do not call the bar staff "Love" as it is genderphobic and we do not tolerate it in the pub at all!" This is horrible customer service and extremely...

An experience all in of itself. People of all backgrounds and interests find mutual enjoyments by sharing stories becoming engrossed in conversation with strangers. A place where everybody is welcome, you only pay by cash and the doors are so wide open that you feel free and at ease. The backyard smoking area enhabits a large pink blossom tree towering in the foreground over the old distant train tracks. A safe place to express and relax with free Vegan food and a smaller collective of booze. Live music and painting, friendly people, funny staff. The only part I didn't 'get' was the writing and posters everywhere. It's pretty much the kingdom of Babylon right...

At first glance this place looks pleasant. We walked in to the smell of bread and thought it looked well. We went to the bar to order a drink and were met by a woman with a vulgar attitude and no personality. Not only did she change the mood of the full group in one foul sentence. She also continued to be rude whilst we tried to ignore and order a drink. Eventually we dicided as a group to leave and were met with verbal abuse. I being a manager of a business would not want this person representing me or my business as she she's cloud over what could of been a pleasent experience. Buzz kill From a 29 year old woman out with her...
