Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

Always a great coffee here, a little pricier than most is the only downside. My 5 star rating owes itself to an employee who has me howling with laughter every time I enter the store, with his witty remarks and brightest everyone’s day with his customer service skills. Take a bow Peter. (Long hair, Irish fellow). Never have a I met a customer service worker like Peter anywhere, one of a kind. It’s like costa rubbed a lamp and Peter came out! I went in to get a takeaway coffee before my journey down to London. The two staff members were totally lackadaisical, the store looked a mess and entirely disorganized. Their attitude left a lot to be desired too - like they really could not be bothered and I had to ask which one of them was going to make my coffee - I had been standing there for nearly 10 minutes with no real action from them, just flapping and dawdling !!!
