Ive tried to give the benefit of the doubt here and tried three separate drinks, each and every one of these have been foul. The first time i went i tried a strawberry fruit tea and i found it grainy and the flavour was weak. The second time trying a milk tea, it tasted sour and when i went in i was rudely told that the barista who tried my drink said it tasted fine. I think its appalling that they try it let alone try tell me that me finding it gross is wrong to them? They said they cant refund me and i requested trying a peach tea as i have had these at almost every other bubble tea/boba shop and been fine, this tasted like a long island iced tea without the alcohol, the taste was strong yet not even peachy, with a weird fermented after taste with bitterness of over-brewed tea. While the service is fast this will never make up for the rudeness of staff and the vile drinks they hand out. With the price of £12 for two drinks i find it disgusting that they have a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction

UPDATE: I have an allergy to milk, and i switched the milk in my drink to oat milk. They didn't ask me if it was an allergy or a preference and care was not taken by staff to ensure my drink was made correctly. My original drink, the strawberry milk tea tasted sour. Since it had lychee in it, i realised when tasting the second drink that was ordered which was supposed to be whole milk, me that they had incorrectly made both of these drinks with the milks the wrong way around. This is a severe oversight by the staff, and i was made aware that the allergen update required them to scrap asking people about their allergies upon purchase. The screens they use instead of tills shows a lack of care for customer connection and had no option to report any allergens, even though it should be on the...

We had: 1x Regular Cup, brown sugar milk tea, tapioca pearls. REVIEW: Very very sickly tasting tea and the taste had like a burning taste to it which was incredibly hard to keep down. The tapioca balls are nice, but we're not fitting with this terrible flavour. So unfortunately the whole cup was just wasted.

1x Large Cup, strawberry matcha, tapioca pearls, oat milk. REVIEW: Had something similar before and the tea was nice, not had with tapioca balls before but enjoyable though a large cupp was too much. Unfortunately after I tried the brown sugar milk tea from my partner the aftertaste was incredibly bizarre and kinda spoiled the strawberry matcha tea a little.

I will be back hopefully to try out again as I know they do more good teas, especially the fruity ones. Just a shame the experience was lost from the bad experience. The service was impeccable, the environment/store was really smart and the branding/merch is really...

I have been here a few times now, I have found the staff who serve me to be rude and condescending, they don’t make a welcoming environment. Also very single one of my orders has been made wrong, even after checking it was correct before paying at the time. Why after the staff made such an effort to ensure the order is placed correctly only for them to make the order incorrectly anyway, is beyond me, it’s the staff member who often placed the order that then makes the drink too. The drinks are also not that great in general, they often have strange aftertaste- I have tried a range of drinks from the fruits teas, milk teas, fresh teas and seasonal drinks. They also sometimes taste nothing like they are advertised as for example the raspberry fruit tea, tastes like thick sickly blueberry smoothie, the coffee drinks don’t taste like coffee, and the matcha teas don’t taste at all...

My 2 daughters had been going on and on about trying this new bubble tea so we decided to give it a go. The shop is very nice with a extensive menu, we tried the strawberry Macha and winter melon lemon with popping bubbles which came 2 nearly £10 for the two. I have to say I don’t get it, they were absolutely disgusting and after a few sips even my daughters decided it was time for the bin. To be fair for some people they are probably really tasty but unfortunately they were not for our taste buds. As I said the shop was nice and the staff were friendly but I certainly won’t be racing back anytime soon.
