The staff here are the most miserable I've ever seen in Lincoln. We visited about 7pm on a Friday night and it was fairly quiet. A young waitress seated us in a booth, normally this would be ok but there were 5 of us meaning one person was left hanging off the end of the seat. Ordered food at till, a man who looked like a manger started taking our order but then stopped to speak to another staff member. He carried on his conversation and totally disregarded the fact we were left waiting. Eventually another member of staff finished our order, 5 ice creams and 2 drinks came to over £40, so not cheap. Food arrived by a young lad who looked like the world was about to end, seems like a general theme amongst staff. The place seems popular with teenagers as there were quite a few in the restaurant but none of them eating or drinking but just generally hanging around. The ice creams tasted good but were extremely sweet and non of us could finish them. The place was so depressing and the bad customer service meant we quickly finished and left. Can't see us going back again, it's a pity the staff are so bad because we visit the Nottingham restaurant often...

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service. Two deliveries incorrect in quick succession. Orders amounting to the region of £40. One order looked like it had been put in the boot of a car and driven around Cadwell Park. The other order was missing three deserts and an incorrect single desert came, alongside two milkshakes.... Evidently the most expensive shakes in Lincoln as it would seem. I collared the driver who just advised to call the shop, rather than assisting us in doing this on our behalf. I called the shop twice, ten minutes apart and it rang so long that the call cancelled both times. I left a message of complaint with Deliveroo and I am currently awaiting their response. The next move will be multiple social media platforms, food outlet blogs in Lincoln and a nice little post in the Lincolnite to boot. Absolutely shocking service. Will never use again and would always give negative reviews to future family and friends who ask if I've used them. Absolute joke of a business. The sooner they go under, the better. Make way for a reputable chain that knows how to deliver customer service above all else. Massive...

Just went here (Sunday 19th August). Absolutely shocking customer service.

Was seated in the most cramped corner table (because the two girls working couldn’t be bothered to wipe any other tables by the looks of things).

On request we were moved to a filthy table - we were waiting for around 5 minutes for the waitress to return to wipe it down, however she didn’t.

We then moved ourselves to a reasonably clean table, and then waited for around 15 minutes before leaving as no one came over. Apparently it is self service here and you have to go up to the counter.

The initial waitress did ask if we had been there before to which we replied no - she gave us no further instructions about ordering and just proceeded to leave us here.

Wasted around 25 minutes with no food as a result AND was met with a sarcastic half arsed “thank you” as we were walking out.

Would have given zero stars if it was an option - management please sort your staff out as you’ll surely lose people through their sheer laziness.

Spend your money at Madame Waffle - pleasant staff, great food and great service too. Much...

Myself and my family are regulars at Kaspas Lincoln. 25th July 2023 Today I went just myself to get a blueberry bubble lush and some cookie doughs. The blueberry slush came but watery the first time the girl made it. And one of the other girls says apparently it's meant to be like that. Last time I checked a SLUSH was meant to be broken crushed up ice with whatever flavour you want. I have been to kaspas Lincoln many times as its the closest one from sleaford. And today was just terrible service. 2nd time the same girl made it. And this time I she gave me 4 Big cubes of ice they weren't even crushed up. She rushed it to get me out the store. And sarcastically replies "sorry about that" when 5 mins ago she and her colleague said that's how it's meant to be. The manager even said to remake it as it needed more ice. I want this to be discussed with the staff. And I'd like something doing about it when I next come back.

Been here quite a few times, i’d be lying if i said I haven’t been let down before as unfortunately I have. We came a short time after it opened for the day unfortunately they didn’t have a few drinks on the menu which isn’t their fault as they do offer a large range. My sister went for the strawberry cheesecake frappe and honestly it was mind blowingly good. I got the strawberry breeze. It was good however there is a chip on the glass only small so must have gone unnoticed. The food came relatively quick and was overall good, and very good size portions. This place isn’t the cheapest you’ll easily spend £15-£20 per person but it is yummy.
