We visited for a bottomless brunch for my birthday which I left as a note in the booking. I was not wished happy birthday at all on arrival which I overlooked as I could have just been missed in the notes. We were the only table in there for around an hour so I feel that we did not receive the atmosphere that we expected from previous bottomless brunches in other restaurants. We were greeted by our server however, following this we did not see this server again and she had told us that we could start our brunch when our friend arrived at 4:15pm due to her taxi being late. We thought that was great however, throughout our brunch we were approached twice to ask if we wanted another drink. We continuously had to get out of our seats and go to the bar to order more drinks which is very disappointing and poor service. At around 5:10pm we were approached by a different server to say that this would be our last round of drinks. I was extremely unsatisfied with this as our brunch was due to be 1 hour and 30 mins and start from 4:15pm when our friend arrived and first drink was ordered. We had only had three drinks throughout this time. I told the server this and she told me she would have to check, and just didn’t believe that this was true. She approached again and said we can have one more drink after the one she was serving us. However, once our order was taken we did not receive any drinks and by the time they had come to our table she told us we had 10 minutes as the table was being taken at 6pm. We would have been finished by 5:45pm if the service had not have been so slow and if we had received the drinks that we ordered and not have to ask someone again. Visited on Saturday for bottomless brunch, we arrived 15 minutes early but was stood waiting 10 minutes before someone seated us, once seated we was offered a drink, we each ordered a prosecco as it would be the quickest drink and the place was pretty busy, we didn't receive our drink till just after 20 past 3, we was going to order our second drink and soon as we received our first as our drinks took so long, as soon as he brought our first drink he sped off before we could ask for anything. After 10 minutes we got up to ask if we could order our food and another drink. Everytime we wanted another drink we had to get up to ask. Our food was very nice though and the strawberry daiquiri cocktails was delicious 😋 at half 4 the server came over with the bill, we asked if we could order another drink as our first drink took so long to come, he allowed this which we did appreciate. We noticed a service charge on the bill which we didn't want to pay as we felt we didn't receive the best service, my friend mentioned this to the server and he initially said its compulsory to the bill, he then said he will check this and agreed we could take the service charge off. I did enjoy the food and drinks, it was just the service that let the place down. I've visited here before for food and drinks and really enjoyed it, I don't think I'll revisit...

Start by say food was exceptional we had wowchers and they where for 4 tapas and 2 cocktails the cocktails where delicious too however the hype was short lived as we where served by a young lady who was nothing but miserable and rude didn't smile once was more like a robot I have no idea how she works in hospitality with that kind of attitude in life it was my birthday as normally I would I made a complaint as she pit a massive negative vibe on us my daughter wanted some sauce to go with her meal which I was told you have to pay extra which I replied that's fine to then we'll the kitchen is closed .... we had no choice of sauce salt ,pepper nothing she was just so rude ... I would love to go back for the food and cocktails but the whole vibe wasn't me while they got all the chairs in from outside they opened the doors wide which made us all cold and the food my two year old was shivering ... also when I made a comment in regiards to the rude lady they member of staff shrugged his shoulder in response like what care I do he was aware but obviously felt as we did kitchen staff food was outstanding however on floor staff...
