We booked here to host a hen and from start to finish, we had a great experience. The venue is very pretty, and has that ‘instagrammable’ vibe our Hen loves with lots of greenery, exposed brick and a room of floor to ceiling windows. The manager was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they are SO flexible. Very clear on what could be offered, went above and beyond to help and effectively as long as we met our £3000 minimum spend to cover the cost of having exclusive access to both rooms upstairs they were happy! We asked for a cocktail masterclass which is not something they’ve done before but they were happy to give it a go and we had lots of fun! They worked with us to make sure we hit that as we wanted to be organised and ensure it was hit to avoid stress of what people would spend on the day and worked with us to make a token system and even provided us with the tokens! We had great people serving at the bar who got involved and made it a great experience. The food from the buffet was amazing! Such good quality and they provided so much!! A group of 35 very happy women and more importantly a very happy hen! Would definitely recommend the private...

All of the staff there were beyond nice but a big shout out to the bouncer tonight- neil. My girlfriend is diabetic and was having a low blood sugar so I asked him where the nearest shop was that I could get something for her and he pointed me in the right direction and made sure I had cash to get her something. Whilst I was gone he checked in with her to see if there was anything he could do to make sure she was ok. He checked in numerous times after that to make sure she was ok. Couldn’t ask for a more understanding person. He stated that usually you can’t eat outside food in there but because of the situation it was ok to make sure she was ok. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! I wouldn’t waste my time to go after the experience I’ve just received the disrespect I received on the doors off a grown man sucking his teeth as he was shouting in my face for an ID before I could even put my hand into my bag, he was acting that erratic his co workers had told him to calm down on numberous occasions and to let me in as it was visible I was over the age of 18 I felt alarmed and distressed and didn’t even enter the building due to this would definitely not recomend STAY CLEAR this does not go out to all workers here as some off them were very understanding...
