Impecible service couldn't be faulted. Staff were lovely We ordered the prawn ton yum soup which was very authentic however I could only find a small slice of lemongrass in this dish and could hardly taste that a lemongrass flavour. I understand some people find it a little overwhelming and the English palette may not be used to it but I would have preferred a little more of that flavour in my to yum. Plenty of prawn and went well with the prawn crackers which were Thai not Chinese one slightly different and something new to try. For mains we had a penang curry with chicken and rice. Delicate spiced curry dish was deep red smooth full of flavour and quite delicious the chicken in the curry was cooked to perfection jicy and tender. The next main was the three meat dish with crispy belly pork (fab) charsui (bbq pork) and duck with vaitous sauces and dips. The belly pork crispy and juicy at the same time very nice. The char sui was very good, I havent found a decent char sui for a while in Liverpool but this was nice and finally the duck, not sure how it was cooked it was different than the crispy deep fried you get at Chinese but I preferred it to be fair very tasty and juicy. We did order the marinaded chicken wings but these were dissapointing as they were very dry and you could not taste the marinade. I have a suspicion these were made in large batches and not to order as they were very dry. I did visit the toilet before I left and it could do with some incence burner or something as it smelled farty which put me off having another beer with it being close to the bar. Overall a nice little change up that end of town Great value for money.

The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic Thai flavors that left my taste buds dancing. The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer recommendations or answer any questions we had. One thing that really stood out to me about Spice Thai was their dog-friendly policy. As a pet owner, it can often be challenging to find restaurants that welcome furry companions, but at Spice Thai, my four-legged friend was treated like a VIP. The staff were so accommodating and made sure that both my pet and I felt comfortable and welcome throughout our meal. Overall, my experience at Spice Thai was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of great food, excellent service, and a dog-friendly atmosphere made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Spice Thai to anyone looking for delicious Thai cuisine served with a side of warmth and hospitality. I will definitely be returning to Spice Thai in the future, both for the amazing food and the pet-friendly environment.

📍Spice Thai Fleet St, Liverpool L1 4AR The first Thai restaurant We decided to try in Liverpool ❤️ The restaurant is a small entrance on the 1st floor and the dining area is on the 2nd floor. The atmosphere at the restaurant feels like home 🇹🇭 and we enjoyed with Thai songs 🎵 Here’s what we ordered Stir fried Thai basil with Minced pork 🌶️£10.50 To be honest I feel that the stir-fried Thai basil should be more spicy. Because I have informed the staff that add spicy taste like Thai people eat. And the pork is very finely chopped and has a little strange taste. Panang Chicken 🔥🔥RECOMMEND!!!! £9.50 I really love this food ❤️❤️ So amazing 10/10🤩 Moo- Ping for starter 🥹 We waited until the main meal was finished. But the grilled pork never arrived. and we feel full 🥺🥲 So We asked the staff if the pork was sold out or not. The staff can only apologize maybe forget, but okay, a little disappointed. 😂 Overall if I come back to Liverpool again Might decide to come here again to try other menu.

Ordered on Uber Eats for takeaway, and was delighted to see there was a BOGOF offer on Pad Thai. Ordered two of those, with special fried rice and Tom Yum. Arrived 15 minutes after my collection time only to be told my order would be another 15 minutes. Fair enough. Valentines day evening must be pretty busy for them. Took a seat ordered a beer, and my order arrived to my table. Only one Pad Thai on the receipt, so I checked the bag, only one Pad Thai. I asked the waitress about the other, she disappeared and returned a couple of minutes later to say I'd only ordered one, and pointed out the receipt. Looking at the receipt I pointed out that I'd been charged twice for the chicken add-on (part of the Pad Thai) , which can't be ordered on its own, so there's either two on there, or an issue with the BOGOF offer process when ordereing online. She said she was aware of the offer but will have to ask.

She returned a couple of minutes later with a different receipt to show me what the receipt should look like if I'd ordered two. I mean I get it. I don't need any assistance reading. I asked to speak to the manager. She left and the returned a few moments later saying once again that it hadn't been ordered and there was "nothing she could do". So they either wanted me to pay for a chicken add on, for a dish they weren't giving me, or pay for a second Pad Thai.

At this point I gave up. I told them to keep the entire order. I won't be returning. Even if I hadn't ordered it (and I know it was on my order online), it was free anyways, why not just fulfill the offer and keep the customer happy? Literally so short-sighted, to lose a returning customer over an item that should have been free anyways...

I'd even tipped the waitress when I'd ordered a beer whilst waiting 🤣 What more...

First of all, I never do reviews and i rarely complain. I know how hard restaurant staff work and how difficulylt this industry is. But i am so gutted today I have to review. So me and my 12 year old son visited. I had scooped half my rice and half my chicken dish onto my plate. Began to eat and the chicken was cold....barely luke warm. When I reported this I was brought back the same dish half empty warmed up. When I then asked where the rest of the food was I was met with the plate getting shoved out of my way knocking the chopsticks out of my hand. This was then re made and brought back to me ( with the remaining warmed up food on the top).

My son had duck and noodles. The noodles tasted very strange...he kept saying like smoke. I tasted them and he was right. It was as if they had been in a burnt pan or steamed in horrible smoke. When we turned up there was a lot of horrible smelling smoke outside that came funneling into the restaurant too. Today he now has vomiting and diarrhoea!!!! I was given my bill with no money taken off for the cold food and also the additional service charge added on. I didnt pay the service charge. Usually of course I would happily pay this and more! But I was so disappointed as this was our mother's day meal together as we cannot go out today due to family circumstances so we did it a day early. Now my poor son has an awful stomach and I'm £60 down for it....
