I was here 5th August, 2021 The lad who served me in the morning was extremely rude in all aspects. I was looking at the screens choosing the meal for less than a minute, he gave that stare like " CAN YOU ORDER ALREADYYY!!. After, I chose my order before he break my neck, I ordered two sauces he was arguing why two sauces !!!. If you have problems solve them or at least keep them at home, do NOT throw them on the customers. I am a frequent Subway customer since I was in Manchester 4 years ago, never ever encountered such awful attitude in my life. This branch is like 2 minutes walking from my flat, but definitely I am gonna think 100 times before visiting that branch with that guy serving. No wonder I was alone in that branch, that lad freaking people out from returning back to the branch. I saw many reviews a year ago complaining from the same guy and he is still in the branch ??

Read moreThe lad serving on Sunday Mornings is incredibly rude, it's my second time with the same experience. The guy served me frozen meatballs once and today he took around 10 minutes just to serve me even when there was just no customer inside. The guy kept walking around for 10 minutes and when I started talking on the phone, he started giving me a death stare to take the order. I went up to the ordering desk and asked for a chicken teriyaki, once he took the bread I asked him to change that to a tuna. The guy gave me a very shrewd look saying "you said teriyaki"😠. And I asked him to stick on with the tuna. Ever since subway began, I've asked for 3 sauces on my sub and this guy starts arguing with me for asking 3 and then he went rage-rude mode and called me an idiot and asked me not to talk to him like that. Atmosphere: They still have ants crawling around for a while by now, so thats 2 stars. 7:3= 2.3 / 2 stars it is. This is especially reflected after today when I ordered cappuccino, less than a minute after walking out the door I realised the milk is off. Went back politely asked for a new one, then the staff started, not arguing, but proving their point, and I said I wouldn`t have gone back if everything was okay with the milk.
