Lovely cakes awful customer service, im quite a bubbly person and when i visited the shop i looked around and decided what i wanted the lady behind clearly wanted to go home the attitude i thought to myself this is the first time ive been here and it put me right off due to the only fact the customer service, snotty and stands an stares watching you look around ive heard about the customer service before but thought ill make my own mind up. I am not from Liverpool, and was just passing through on my way back to Leicester. Had to stop at traffic lights opposite and saw this place. On impulse pulled in to buy some goodies. Staff were so so friendly, the shop is amazing, the food all freshly baked looked fantastic. Bought Scouse Pies, and Salt & Pepper sausages rolls. FANTASTIC guys , I am so pleased I stopped. If ever nearby again, you can count on my visit. Absolutely first class...

I was looking for chicken for my 92 yr old Dad. The owner served me weeks old rock hard pieces of overcooked chicken in a sweet sauce. My Dad broke his top pallet after two very difficult attempts to eat. Plastic bags advertising his face or family’s face cost 20p. Rubbish and so basically youre advertising the place and paying him. Food quality terrible....
