110% Grill & Juice — Restaurant in London

Extremely disappointed in the service. As they are based in Chelsea the food as you would expect is fairly pricey but we decided to go while we could take advantage of the eat out to help out scheme. 4 of us went along and we ordered 2 lambs with rice, one fish with rice and one grilled sea bass with side salad. I was told my sea bass would be 25 minutes longer, I said I was happy to wait. Everyone else’s food arrived pretty quickly. I was expecting to wait until everyone else finished their meal but my fish arrived within 5 minutes after theirs which I wasn’t going to complain about but it later on made sense why it didn’t take as long as they had originally said. It was a whole fish on the bone and as I started digging in the fish with my fork, I encountered iced fish, although it looked cooked on the outside, in the middle it was completely raw and frozen, I would say about 75% of the fish was uncooked. So obviously we called over the waiter and showed it to him. There was zero embarrassment, no apology, no solution offered to redress the situation and had the attitude of ‘what do you want me to do about it’. We were really baffled and he disappears for 2 minutes without taking away the almost raw fish on the plate, then comes back and says they will recook the fish for me. At this point I did not want the fish anymore so my husband asked them to bring me a lamb with rice instead and the man starts to walk away again without taking away the raw fish. My husband had to call him back to take away the plate. Anyways the lamb and rice arrives in 5 minutes, which was ok, but the rice was extremely dry and they give you a not so nice ‘probably from a can’ warm tomato passata to go with it but I couldn’t stomach that. We finished our meal and the bill arrived and they charged us for the fish but not the lamb, which we were ok with but there was £15 service charge on it. My husband went to pay the bill at the counter and asked them to take the service charge off. Which they did but when he was paying for it the guy at the counter asked why he isn’t paying service, so my husband recounted what happened to explain why we weren’t happy with the service and his response was ‘what do you want me to do, catch a fish from the sea?’. What more can I say, absolutely the worst service I have ever received anywhere eating out in London. We were made to feel like we were in the wrong for complaining about them serving raw fish rather than them being apologetic about it, and this is a for a fish they are charging £20 for! Also did I say we were the only guests at the restaurant for the pretty much the whole duration we were there? That’s should’ve been a warning to us when we walked in. Needless to say we won’t...

Will not talk about the food quality as I didn’t taste it. I will talk about the service. If there is less than one star I won’t hesitate to choose it. I made an order at noon time for 8 pm delivery time. 8 hours in advanced! The food didn’t arrive on time and when I called they claimed that the road was crowded with expected 30 minutes late time. One hour passed without receiving the food! I called the restaurant many times to ask but no one answered me until more that one hour late time! I’ve cancelled the order and very disappointed

Note for the owner: you do use delivery other than Uber eat and Deliveroo. I called the number you’ve posted on the website to order then the gentleman who took my order has confirmed my order and took the delivery address. I have the details if you need...

Went here shortly after it opened and ordered a Chicken Shawarma - at the time it was brilliant, generously packed with chicken for an epic meaty goodness. It separated itself from the other chains that did shawarmas given the big portions.

However, having visited again recently looking forward the the meaty shawarma, I was really disappointed that the portions were completely reduced and was given barely no meat...just like the other chains.

So sadly, I won't be going back...
