7 Burgers — Restaurant in London

HONEST USER REVIEW I came here this evening for the first time. Although I was a little skeptical the place looked busy with customers eating inside so decided to give this place a try! I came in and waited around 2/3 minutes before I was severed by a young guy behind the counter who seemed to be working on his own. I asked for a normal hamburger and fries which I was then advised if I’d like a meal which came with a drink for £10 which I was happy to do. I asked how long this will take and was told 10/15 minutes, I had waited in the dining area for the order to be processed and then decided to eat inside the restaurant as customers at this point had left. The food** Fries were a good portion but were warm not pipping hot for someone who just served these to me and not crunchy more like recooked fries, The Burger again wasn’t 100% hot and was warm, when I got the burger it was already prepared and I wasn’t asked what I’d like in this so I told the guy what I wanted and he added these into the burger. The burger patty as you can see was quite thick and of a better quality burger than other places but like I said this wasn’t again hot considering I waited over 15mins for the burger and eaten this inside the restaurant. Sauces again I would say we’re not the best more like cafe ketchup if you know what I mean… Personally I wouldn’t come back here but this could have just been a hit and miss situation this evening. The place does have potential but needs to improve if it wants me to revisit...

This used to be a nice place to order food from but it has gone rapidly down hill. The portion of cheesy chips i ordered was half the size of the one i ordered only a week or so ago. All of our Burgers had soggy no saturated buns making them practically inedible. I used to put up with the fact that they forget atleast 1 item that you order everytime you order something as the food was once good but i will not be using the place ever again now and i would advise anyone to steer well clear. Unfortunately this once nice place to eat has become yet another over priced dive on the New Cross road with staff who couldn't care less about what they serve and portion sizes that are so inconsistent that is plain to see they make them up as they go along. It has become quite obvious that cooking and serving food is not actually the priority of this establishment so one can only assume it is there for other reasons as some of its neighbours are. THE MEAL DEAL IS A TRICK NOT A DEAL! Reply to shop owner: Oh sure, do share it on social media and don't forget to past the link here. I'm so eager to see how 'drunk' I am for drinking a can of coke in your shop. Also a good chance to let folks see how toxic your staffs are.

REVIEW: To be fair, the food here is decent but some of the staff is really rude.

To start with, when we made our purchase the lady behind the counter didn't give changes to us without leaving a single statement. Only when we asked her did she said that she don't have the coins for the change with little patience.

Then we noticed that the meal 'deal' actually costs way more than ordering all the item separately. When asked, the staff told us rudely that 'the price is the price, why you eat it?' And they told us share on media or tell others if we like, cuz they don't care and it won't affect them selling the meal 'deal' to others. So,...
