Leaving a poor review. I came in during a moment of distress, and needed an emergency place to sit and recollect myself and had some documents I had with me that I was sorting through. I was there for about 15 minutes, fighting back tears on the phone to my sister trying to help fix this personal moment I was having. As I was leaving, a male member of staff(brown hair and glasses) came up to me and began to scold me saying I was disrespectful for not ordering anything. I sincerely apologised and tried to explain my situation, and he kept on interrupting, asserting dominance and not allowing me to fully express myself.
