I only have good things to say about the flat, the neighbourhood, and the management company. The flat is very modern with a very functional kitchen, nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, tons of electric outlets, and a beautiful wooden patio overlooking a popular park. The WiFi has never been an issue. Of course you are in the middle of the Portobello area and have easy access to all types of activities.

My stay has been during the covid19 lockdown. I have been isolating myself and have extended now for a third month because the flat is so comfortable it makes the imprisonment survivable.

I can't recommend this flat enough and also want to say that the management company (Ivan) has been absolutely terrific. I have never enjoyed such amazing responsiveness anywhere. Any time I needed anything I would get a response almost immediately and the follow up was equally quick.

Excellent apartment in a nice neighborhood. Underground station is a 5 minute walk and you are in the center of London within 30 minutes. Also great is that the supermarket is only a 3-minute walk away. Really a place to relax after the hustle and bustle of downtown. The shower, towels and bed are top notch, the kitchen is fully equipped and you can relax perfectly in the sitting room at the dining table or on the sofa in front of the TV or on the patio. You can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors, but that is normal with a ground floor. It is also very nice that there are some coffee cups and tea bags ready for you on arrival. The landlord responds quickly to questions and is helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment very much and can therefore really recommend it to everyone! We stayed at this wonderful flat for multiple nights, could easily live here! The flat is more than just comfortable, it's cozy and warm with everything you need, in a lovely and well maintained building, we felt completely at home. Central location in Nottinghill, close to Portabello Road markets, shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes walking distance from Westbourne Grove with seemingly endless options for shopping, quick meals, take away or trendy shops and restaurants. Buses stop conveniently just a few steps from the flat and Nottinghill tube stop just 10 minutes away with many shops and restaurants along the way.

We miss London already, would definitely recommend this flat to anyone who wants all the conveniences of home in an unbeatable location in London. Can't...
