I recently visited Amorim Gelateria and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and customer service. The fan heater placed right on the counter near the till was filthy, covered in dried ice cream and what appeared to be other smudges. Concerned about hygiene, I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, they informed me that the manager was not available that evening.

However, after a few minutes, the manager did come out, which was confusing given the initial response. I pointed out the dirty counter and fan heater, explaining my concerns about hygiene. Rather than offering an apology or any willingness to address the cleanliness issue, the manager dismissed my concerns outright, refusing to acknowledge any connection between the dirty equipment and hygiene standards in a place serving food.

Overall, I left with a very poor impression. The lack of cleanliness and unwillingness to address basic hygiene concerns is disappointing, and the dismissive attitude from the manager was particularly unprofessional. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for the sake of...

The gelato was simply divine. Each flavor was rich and creamy, made with high-quality ingredients that you could taste in every bite. I tried the pistachio , hazelnut, white chocolate blueberry both of which were outstanding. The pistachio had a nutty, authentic taste, while white chocolate bluberry was decadently smooth and not overly sweet.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Both Riya and Naveen was knowledgeable and passionate about their products, offering samples and recommendations based on my preferences.
