Food was okay but service has a huge room to improve! Ordered 2 meals (mix grill and lamb rice) and baklava dessert with the waitress to begin with. The waitress doesn't speak much English but it seems all OK but I was totally wrong. Asked for tap water and one cup has a dead fly inside. (not a big deal and she was happy to get another one) Then we waited and waited for our food and it took them about 50 mins to bring out our food?!! (Tried chasing it with a waiter and he just stared at the kitchen for a while and said chef has just started the grill? It was 40mins at that point and we almost left) Started eating which food was okay but there's two occasions of dishes falling down and cracked pieces everywhere at the back of the shop After finishing the main meals, we waited for a baklava, we have to chase them up again after 15 mins, knowing that it will be another hour if we don't. Then the same writress came and asked if I want to pay. I answered no, we just want the baklava but she didn't understand. She asked another staff to come and help which he was really helpful and translate to her. When she finally understood what we want, she then said why don't I said baklava(despite telling her like 3times?) Then she brought the baklava, without any cutlery.... (we can't be bothered asking again at this point) What more could go wrong u may wonder, the bill? You are right! We checked our bill and an extra dish was added, a mixed shawarma? Have no idea where that come from?! Asked the waitress kindly about it and she started saying we ordered it 🙄 again asked the kind younger staff to come and help who was happy to correct our bills to reflect the ture amount of food we ordered.
Overall a bad experience, loud music and smoke coming in from outdoor as well. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.
Food was okay tho, just not quite the service. The manager(?) did apologies but not...

Read moreI can hear this evening with my partner, we were seated straight away and the staff were very friendly and polite.
We made our order with the lovely waiter but as the place was a little we waited a little while but the waiter apologised for this.
We ordered a chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma sandwich with chips and a side starter of hummos.
The food was delicious and fresh! I really found the shawarma fragrant and smelt and tasted like back in Beirut.
I am delighted to come here this evening and I’m sure I will be back here for many dining experiences. If you have not tried this place yet please go as I highly recommend this business with its lovely staff.
Oh not like other places the water asked if we wanted more bread with our hummos which he gave us, other places wouldn’t even do this! We also were given complimentary traditional baklava which were fresh and delicious.
I must try for anyone in the area or passing by. May Allah keep your business shining...
