Be cautious of poor service at this establishment. I ordered a coffee and, after finishing it, spent some time working at my table (with my laptop). To my surprise, the store manager approached me and asked me to leave, claiming they needed the table for another customer. This was a blatant lie, as there were three empty 6-person tables just in the downstairs area where I was sitting! Caution: It appears the owners of this store (there are two of them) constantly monitor customers through numerous webcams installed in the premises (your every move is closely watched as soon as you step inside — offering no sense of privacy). It appears the store manager's behavior is not only condoned but also encouraged by the owners. This sends a terrible message from the store: they only treat you with respect while you’re spending money. Once you’ve finished, they treat you like an inconvenience and become very eager to get rid of you. What’s more frustrating is that I am a regular customer. Just yesterday, I spent £10 on a coffee and a three-scoop ice cream. Yet, none of that loyalty seemed to matter — they even threatened to call the police when I voiced my concerns. I was shocked by how they treated customers. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I strongly urges you to avoid this place. Their approach to business raises makes me even question the quality of their products — you never know what corners they might cut just to squeeze more money out of you. The occuring clearly reflects the store's true value: viewing customers as nothing but "money machines." Overall, I feel it's an aweful way to conduct business like this.

We went prior to official opening which must have been a soft launch. Seating area across two floors with clean and comfortable tables and chairs All your regular dessert staples that you'd expect from Creams. Waffle was very dry and crunchy compared to Kilburn Creams. More butter added to the mix should do the trick. Milkshake was really thick with thin straw given which was impossible to drink. Was offered a spoon as an alternative but I declined and asked for milk to be added and then blended again which was perfect ! All teething issues but look forward to visiting again. Updated 10/02 Ordered via Uber Eats and absolutely terrible. Catalogue of errors - No straw provided with milkshake, ice cream scoop missing, strawberry shake tasted bitter and more like raspberry. The waffle was dry and crunchy with bananas that had a plastic hard texture and genuinly inedible. Packaging of ice cream that did arrive was in milkshake cup with top open. I frequently order from Kilburn and Kentish town and it's far better than Marble arch in all elements. Will not be ordering again !

Very nice sweet treats but the place is incredibly mismanaged and the lacklustre attitude from the manager really doesn't give off the best impression. The long wait and chaos behind the counter ruined the experience. When we arrived, we were 3rd in the queue and waited 20 minutes to get served. When we were eventually served we ordered 2 milkshakes and 4 doughnuts. It took 30 minutes exactly to receive the order after placing. When we eventually received the order of doughnuts it was completely incorrect. See picture below and point out which donuts are: Smarties doughnut, Jammie Dodger Doughnut, Rolo Doughnut and Aero Mint Bubble doughnut. I'm having a very hard time working that one out! (They bagged up the doughnut order before they gave it to us so we assumed they would have been correct instore. We only found out when we got back to our room!) Such a shame.

I had high expectations for “Creams Cafe” in Marble Arch, having visited other branches before. We went as part of our anniversary celebration, but the experience was a letdown from the start. Nobody greeted us or offered to seat us, even though it wasn’t busy. I had to find the menus myself.

When I approached the counter, the staff member acted as if I were inconveniencing him. How else was I supposed to get the menu? Later, when I returned to place our order, he ignored me for over a minute before serving me with a disdainful attitude.

Our order arrived with a big delay between items. Why?! Luckily, we were sharing, but imagine if this had been a first date! When I asked for a second spoon to share, I was handed a wooden takeaway spoon. How cheeky.

We ordered two items: “The Brownie Sundae” and a “Chocolate and Marshmallow Crepe Pocket.” Neither contained what they were supposed to.

The Brownie Sundae had no brownie—just chocolate ice cream, soft-serve ice cream, and whipped cream. The crepe pocket? No marshmallows. When I asked why, the staff member said, “Yeah, we haven’t got those. I gave you extra ice cream instead,” and walked off before I could say anything else. If I’d known, I would have ordered something else!

Then there was the atmosphere. Staff played their own music on a Bluetooth speaker behind the counter, clashing horribly with the branch’s sound system. We were stuck listening to both.

This was meant to be a celebration, but it turned into a miserable experience. The tables were sticky, the staff rude, and the food not as advertised. Clearly, management doesn’t care about customer experience.

I cannot recommend this place until serious...

If I could give minus I would give minus rate. We went for sweet at 11 o’clock. we order at 11:15 pm and then i went back to check because i was waiting for 30 minutes for 3 desserts. They said that they are making our desserts,so i was like ok. Than i had to go back because now i was waiting for 1 hour for only three desserts. When i went back they said because i order vegan that’s why they’re trying to make it 2 vegan ones. But still i was like ok sometimes happens but i was waiting for 1 hour for 3 desserts and i was late for my home so i ask for refund. The guy (his name was bijaya) he said he can refund two vegan ones because onther one was ready and they just deliver it. I said i am late so I don’t want it i want full refund. We were calm and law voice and than suddenly he raised his voice to my brother who was talking to him calmly and than he tried to said that from starting he was saying that he can full refund which he was lying on that time. All on side but we waited for 1 hour for 3 desserts and in the end when we ask for refund calmly staff raised voice. I didn’t expected this from creams…

I was waiting for 3 desserts which was cost for £40.05 for 1 hours

I had very very bad experience now. For sure I can’t trust here not anymore now… Talking to customers with raised voice while it’s your mistake that you can’t make vegan waffle which is your problem Unexpected and very...
