Amuse Bouche Wine and Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in London

Booked a table for a birthday online and was also told over the phone the table was secured. Day before the birthday party, was emailed saying that there wasn’t a table available for us but we were welcome to stand at the bar! Wrote them an email asking what happened to our table, and for them to fix it. No response. They didn’t care we complained. We had to move the entire party of people to another venue.

I did like this place generally, but as a long term customer who’s been going there for a while, this behaviour was so unprofessional and unacceptable. The worst part was their arrogance and complete disregard for the mistake they made and the inconvenience it caused us. I suppose when a bar has a steady rate of patrons, they don’t need to care about their reputation for how they treat people. Be wary if you’re going to try to book something, it’s not likely they’ll look after you if there are any...

I have been to this place many times (even hired tables for my birthday) before and always enjoy myself. There is a male (live) singer on some nights (weekends I think) whom has the most annoying singing voice ever. I wish his set would also change as every week he always sings the same...and badly. When he is not singing, this place can get pretty busy so if possible, try get yourself a table or a seat and hold on for dear life! I have been to this place so many times because it’s everything I would hope for in a decent bar in Parsons Green. The staff are absolutely perfect. They are so accommodating and friendly and have come to know them so well. They keep an eye out for me when I’m on my dates and have always made me feel safe and welcome. I genuinely couldn’t recommend a place more. The outside garden is incredible - it’s small but so cosy and perfect for date nights and family gatherings. (Both I have used this place for!) food is gorgeous and drinks are very reasonably priced....
