I don’t even know where to start. So last month I came here with my little cousin and I ordered an iced latte, my cousin wanted the iced latte with ice cream (forgot the name), and I asked the worker what the drink contained. He sarcastically replied ‘it’s coffee with ice cream’ in the rudest tone possible. Not to mention, he also did not greet us properly, but the white couple that came in before us received a huge smile and a big welcome. I don’t like to pull the race card often but the entire vibe was micro aggressive and he did NOT make us feel welcomed. Even when we sat down he just kept staring us down? It was so awkward. I don’t live too far from Parsons Green so I’m aware what the area is like, and I’ve been a barista before at Caffè Nero, I know what’s it like to work in customer service. However, in that moment I wanted to experiment with my cousin and was made to feel ostracised. I will never be coming back and I hope that that worker works through their emotions, and most importantly treats everyone the same. Do not waste your time- nero is down the road.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Naïve Coffee Shop recently, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the experience was. From the moment I walked in, the warm, friendly atmosphere was undeniable. George and Elkis truly went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service, making me feel welcomed and valued from the start.
The coffee was absolutely fantastic, rich, flavourful, and expertly prepared. It’s clear that they care about quality and take pride in every cup they serve.
What really sets The Naïve Coffee Shop apart, though, is their connection to the community. They actively promote local businesses and have their ear to the ground, ensuring that everyone who walks in feels like part of something bigger. It’s a rare and wonderful feeling to find a place that values both their customers and their local roots so deeply.
If you’re looking for a coffee spot that offers not only great drinks but also a sense of belonging, look no further than The Naïve Coffee Shop. George and Elkis make it an experience you’ll want to return to...

Lots of good choices around this area for coffee so this has to shine for me to recommend. This café is unusual as it plays on the health side more than others, with plenty of healthy options for food. The coffee, surprisingly as it has plenty of decent reviews, is just not up to standard and I only touched it and left most in the cup. It was too strong, lacked any decent milk consistency for a cappuccino, was way too hot and was, to my taste at least, undrinkable. Happy to review this café again later as it maybe was a one off, but it looked to me like someone with no experience prepared it. When all is said and done, I can't recommend this one. If you really want a decent cappuccino, there are better...
