Rondor Coffee — Restaurant in London

Appalling customer experience. Came on Monday ordered my long black, waited in front of the coffee shop whilst barista was making the coffee. A family then came in, ordered and chatted inside. The barista started serving the family. I was waiting next to the door. I saw the other customers being served under my eyes, my coffee turning cold on the counter. Then the barista turned to me and asked “are you waiting for your coffee?” I was obviously since I was the first to come in and he was the one who took my order. I replied yes. He answered “Next time you wait inside”. I was speechless - I was standing by the door as I usually do, which is what I replied. Place is small and it is Covid. He cut me off and went on saying “Next time you wait inside if you want to be helpful”. I was shocked. I have been a loyal customer to this place, coming for years even before the change...
