Azmarino Coffee — Restaurant in London

A small cafe specialising in coffee with a wild boast illuminated in the window, so I thought I would give it a chance.

Went in and ordered a small single shot flat white, this being my staple coffee order in the UK.

Came well prepared if a little too hot for my tastes. Coffee itself is well roasted, and I have no complaints about the taste once the drink cools down enough to drink!

Plentiful food and alternative cold drinks I can try at a later date.

The boastful signage aside, a very understated and relaxed cafe with decent WiFi well positioned in lively Brixton.

As for the sign itself...."the best coffee in Brixton"... it's highly plausible that it's actually pretty accurate as I don't believe I have had a better coffee in Brixton so...fair enough statement, albeit rather subjective.

This is the owner of the cafe: You got to change these cheap cups that does not close and seal properly. Ended up having a spil on my expensive jacket and ruined my day. No wonder why the staff was trying to seal the cover just before I was collecting my hot drink. Obviously this did not work because no matter what was done the grove and the paper cup are cheapley made, maybe as cost cutting action by the owners. Whilst the coffee was nice and the cafe has a nice atmosphere, this issue has ruined the experiance for me and I would not be suprised if other customers would have had simliar issues with these cups that are not fit...
