Me and my 2 friends were looking for a nice spot to get a drink after dinner, I remembered passing by this place so suggested it to them. What a mistake.. our night was tainted after how we were treated.
My friend asked to taste 2 wines, before deciding on her drink - this was immediately met with an off tone. The menu we were given only had alcoholic choices and me and my other friend don't drink - so we asked for the other options which were relayed so quickly to us we hardly had time to think. My poor friend decided to down her wine quickly to escape the atrocious vibes that almost ruined our night. And yeah, when we left there was NO sight of the '8PM booking' and the staff member gave us the most sarcastic "goodbye" she might as well have said "don't let the door hit you on the way...

To make matters worse Corkage is charged as well as a surcharge for cheese which is ok. however, to charge service on top is out of order if not illegal. Furthermore they try to hide the fact by not giving you a receipt and claiming a the printer doesn’t work.
A little more acceptable in St tropez but a pokey cheese shop in Se1 is a bit too much.
Best avoided unless you like...
