Service is mixed; most of the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, but others seem to be trainees who act in a completely improffessional way - I've seen a guy argue with his supervisor in front of me and other members of staff shout at each other. My worst experience was that once the man serving did not seem to know what was on their own menu; my advice - don't order the "Pizza Special". Not only does it seem to be the same thing every day, which completely defeats the point of it being "special", but I took about five minutes trying to explain what I wanted, while a queue built up behind me. As a person with asberger's I got quite stressed out. Also, the man was quite rude and offhand when I said that my friend and I were upstairs, demanding that we sit downstairs "because we're about to kick everyone out of the upstairs area". I've also walked in once in the morning and found it closed to anyone except hotel guests, but there was no sign on the door to advise of this. My only other real complaint is that you have to walk across the hotel forecourt and into the hotel itself if you need to use...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bloom’s Pizza Restaurant, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is super convenient, right next to the Royal National Hotel, which makes it a perfect spot for tourists and locals alike who are looking for a place to eat in a central part of the city.

The pizza was definitely the star of the show. It was flavorful and cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients they use, which I appreciated. The restaurant itself has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to sit back and enjoy your meal.

However, I did notice that the menu was a bit limited in terms of variety. While the pizzas were great, I would have liked to see more options, especially for appetizers and desserts. A bit more variety could really elevate the dining experience.

Despite the limited menu, I still had a lovely time at Bloom’s and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for some quality pizza. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re staying nearby or just passing through...

I come here all the time and I'm served by the Warmest, happiest and most positive people! Every order I place is taken for me with a cheerful and happy smile. The sandwiches are superb and I get a sandwich here almost everyday of the week. Excellent pizzas done in a real Italian style oven, customisable toppings and unbeatable prices in London. I am always able to order anything I want ranging from salads, panninis that are nicely toasted, croissants and of course the sandwiches. I bother these amazing people with my unique and strange sandwich orders and they are always happy to take the order for my unique and overly customisable sandwiches, such as the one in the picture! This is a unique chicken, tomato, cheese (nicknamed CLC!) with spinach, onions, and mayo! I highly recommend this place with its kindest staff, best food with customisable options and open from early morning to late at night. I highly recommend you come here if have a meeting, want to do some work on your laptop or just want to relax and read a book! Thank you to blooms and the...

We stayed at the Royal National Hotel and Blooms was one of their restaurants. We were surprised at how good the food was! We enjoyed it so much we had breakfast there the next day too. The staff were quick and very friendly. They allowed us to change our Hawaiian pizza to have pepperoni instead of ham. The prices were reasonable even with our horrible Canadian dollar right now (Oct 2025). If you are looking for a quick bite between tours of the city this is the place to go. Thank you Blooms staff!!

Fast easy pizza, good for when you’ve just gotten to the hotel after a long flight and just want to eat something that isn’t aeroplane food. Give them your room number from the Royal National Hotel and you get a discount on takeaway pizza which is nice. Limited menu but good for when you want an easy dinner. I got the vegetarian pizza and it came with corn which I thought was unusual, never had a pizza with corn but it was nice.

The café is with both chair and sofa seatings, beautifully decorated, and nice views through the big windows. The staff are friendly and professional. The food and drink is delicious. 😋 There is an outdoor front garden affiliated with the restaurant, suitable for sports watching and summer party. 🎉 I would certainly like to visit again, because the milkshake is divine. 🤭👏
