Partnership working with other health and social care professionals is crucial in ensuring holistic, effective, and person-centered care. The importance of collaboration can be evaluated through several key aspects:

Improved Patient Outcomes: When health and social care professionals work together, they can share knowledge, expertise, and resources, which leads to more comprehensive care plans. This is particularly important for individuals with complex or multiple needs, where a multi-disciplinary approach can address physical, mental, emotional, and social factors.

Holistic Approach: By collaborating with colleagues from various fields (e.g., doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists), health and social care professionals can better understand the complete picture of a patient’s needs. This ensures that all aspects of care—medical, psychological, social, and environmental—are considered, leading to more tailored and effective interventions.

Efficiency and Resource Sharing: Partnership working allows professionals to pool resources, which can improve the efficiency of care delivery. For example, a social worker might liaise with a nurse to ensure that care plans are coordinated, preventing duplication of effort and reducing the risk of gaps in care.

Enhanced Communication and Continuity: Regular communication among professionals helps ensure that everyone involved in a person's care is up to date with developments. This continuity is essential for maintaining consistent care, avoiding conflicting advice or treatments, and ensuring that no important aspects are overlooked.

Professional Development: Working in partnership with others exposes professionals to a range of skills and perspectives, which can enhance their own practice. They can learn from colleagues' areas of expertise, improving their own knowledge and skills in the process.

Legal and Ethical Considerations: Collaboration ensures that care is provided in line with legal and ethical standards, particularly in complex cases where there may be a need to balance medical, legal, and social considerations. For example, social workers and healthcare professionals must work together to ensure patient rights are respected while also providing appropriate care.

Person-Centered Care: Effective partnership working ensures that the individual's preferences, needs, and values are central to the care process. A coordinated team is more likely to advocate for the individual, ensuring their voice is heard and respected in decision-making.

In conclusion, partnership working is not only essential for enhancing the quality of care but also for supporting professionals in their roles. It fosters a collaborative environment where different skills and perspectives contribute to comprehensive, individualized care plans, ultimately improving patient satisfaction...

A Complete Disappointment – Avoid This MBA Program. I was enrolled in the MBA Global Entry 1 program from 2021 to 2023, and it was by far the worst educational experience I’ve had. If I could give zero stars, I would. 1. The classes were entirely pre-recorded, and the program essentially consisted of watching videos and reading tons of pfd files. There was no engagement, no live interaction, and no meaningful opportunities to build practical skills for the business world. 2. Lack of Access to Professors: Professors were inaccessible, with most located outside the UK and affiliated with other universities, mainly in Greece. The program fails to foster collaboration, group work, or interactive case studies something basic for any credible MBA. Canadian students, please be AWARE that this university will not complete the TL11A form or provide the necessary documentation required for CRA. Their refusal to assist means you will be unable to claim the education tax credit. Not only will they decline to complete the form, but they will also refuse to provide a simple letter stating that they are unable to do so. Why they cannot issue such a basic letter to clarify their position??. Overcrowded Cohorts & Poor Support: The university accepts far too many students per cohort, leaving you as just another number. Expect long wait times for responses from TAs and minimal personalized support specially during your thesis research. 5. Don't bother trying to connect with the program director; he will never respond to your emails or any notes left within their system. Lastly, for over $40,000 CAD, this program was a complete waste of time and money. If you’re serious about learning business, avoid this program at all costs. I deeply regret choosing this university and wish I had invested in a program that prioritized...

Well the enquiry system is terrible, the last time they responeded to an enquiry during my examination whic was actually urgent it took them 3 months to even respond to, probable reason might be understaffed student services, They fail to take online exams in a proper way, first time it was back in 2020 when they were actually able to take the exam on a third datesheet in the Covid days, my criminal law exam was a nightmare took 12 hours to fix it DIY and they choose not to let me know how to fix it then failed me and gave a retake on Eid , should be atleast sensitive to religious holidays of others then again there was a sort of open book exam in 2021 which had the issue that almost all my batchmates not only do they have prepared answers before hand but hired people on an industrial scale to attempt the same some people managed to buy themselves a brand new Hybrid car out of assessment offences as they call it. Finally this year around they had this information blackout policy, they Don't answer questions or let you have anything for that matter to know whether the online exam was submitted or not and so many other technical glitches if you tend to have a software or server crash by no fault of your own, your exam is ruined and they wouldn't mitigate the loss or offer a compensatory retake of any value. Its torturous to go through this online exam system hope they bring back the old school pen and paper exam so that one doesn't have to deal with their technical incompetence in this regard... and I hope they learn something from their past mistakes and improve it noy repeating the blunders of the past 3 years its a shame for...

I'm very sorry, but the communication system at the university is nonexistent. The registration period is ending, and I simply cannot overcome this barrier. No one responds to emails. The online portal doesn't work. I was forced to travel from Liverpool to London to get answers in person, but even there I met with failure. After going through various receptions, I was told that everything can be done online!!! Yet nothing works there!!! It's a great shame that the level of support is at such a terrible level. Time is running out, and I still can't register. I only receive reminder emails about the urgency of registration. This is just mockery.
