If you're considering visiting this place, I strongly advise you to spend your money elsewhere. My recent experience was nothing short of awful. The food was utterly tasteless, and to make matters worse, I found a hair in my dish. The waitress, who appeared to be Eastern European, was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire ordeal. My fresh juice was loaded with so much ice that it completely diluted the flavor.
To make matters even worse, I was hit with a service charge despite the appalling experience. The waitress didn't even bother to show me the bill first; she just came straight over with the card machine, which felt incredibly presumptuous and unprofessional. Did not intend to come here, but another place we wanted to go stopped serving breakfast by the time we arrived. This looked nice from the street but that was a mistake. Look at this photo of the “Eggs Benedict.” And this is after I put some of the sauce on it. It arrived dry. That’s the saddest example of the dish I’ve ever seen and I’ve likely had it over one hundred times in my life. Even McDonalds would offer a better product. I should have sent it back. Not only does it look that awful, but to charge that price for it?? In addition, our server, she was miserable. Why work there if you’re going to be that unfriendly and unprofessional? Just go home and try again another day. The other woman seemed much nicer and more energetic. Loretta, who assisted me in the shop, noticed it, took the initiative to check with the online department and fully explained what happened with my order before handing it to me.
She was empathetic and understanding about my disappointment, offering a sincere apology despite it wasn’t her fault at all. I genuinely appreciate her honesty and professionalism as I wouldn’t have noticed it until I tasted it, since this was my first order.
