Food: I ordered the ‘King of Crab Roll’ sushi, ‘Egg fried rice (spicy) and the ‘Chili Lamb Fiesta’. The sushi was my favourite, I absolutely demoralised that, with speed as well. The rice and lamb go well together but i didn’t really like them separately, but it was good. I think the lamb may have tasted better with ‘Steamed Jasmine Rice’. My friends that also ordered the sushi, agree with me, they absolutely loved it and one was even sad when hers was finishing so she decided to start eating it in smaller bites. I tasted the ‘Sweet & Spicy wings’, it wasn’t that great but it wasn’t horrible to eat, my other friends liked it but one of my other friends agreed with me on the taste. I also tasted the ‘Chili Garlic Calamari’, that was beautifully made, it came with a sort of sauce and it was absolutely amazing. The ‘Kung Pao Chicken Craze’ is something that i also tasted, i didn’t really like it but my friend did. My friend also ordered the ‘Chicken Crunch Bao’, she said it was her least favourite of the things she bought, she said there was too much going on with it and rated it 7/10.

Drinks: Majority of us ordered ‘Tropics’, 2 came out first, so i tasted it, loved it and changed my initial drink, but when i got mines, i didn’t really like it very much but everyone else did, it just tasted too much like lychee to me and i hate lychee. My other drink got the ‘Non-Alcoholic Painkiller’, my friend’s comments on it was that it tasted like yogurt, however the one who ordered it, loved it.

Service: The service was absolutely wonderful, very attentive waiters and very patient, we were very indecisive and he made it known to us that he understands because the menu is quite big so we shouldn’t feel like we had to rush or anything. That waited absolutely enhanced our experience, very lovely man. The same waiter attended to us on my birthday, where there were 11 of us and the service was still just as good, even though there was more of us, the only problem last time was the fact that I had booked in advance but they had no table for me.

Atmosphere: Atmosphere was quite nice. They had the euros on, on the TV’s. It was good that there was more than 1 TV because it makes it easier for the whole restaurant to see. Initially, i thought there was only one TV so i was going to move seats only for there to be a TV right infront of me and i didn’t have to twist my neck to see it.

Critique: There is only 1 smaller single toilet, can be very inconvenient. It is a uni-sex toilet. Not very good as it’s not ideal for those who do not like being in small, confined...

Me and my girlfriend booked a table for Valentines day. We decided not to book for the Valentines menu, as the a la carte looked a lot more interesting for us. Got there about 5-10 minutes earlier, got sat on the lounge. All good so far. We downloaded the menus, had a look through and got super excited with our choices. Ordered the drinks and after about 10 minutes, ordered the food. Decided on 2 starters, some sushi and a soup each. After about 30 min, we finally got our drinks, which we thought was odd. But never mind, we wanted to enjoy the evening. A good hour and 20 min after arriving, we still hadn't got our starters, so we complained, just to be told that our order, for some reason, never made it to the kitchen. And looking around us this whole time, we noticed a lot of other tables were in the same boat. Drinks not coming out for ages, let alone food. So basically a lot of tables with customers, but nothing on the tables. And I mean NOTHING! After raising the issue, we got told our food would come in 15 min max. And it did. All at once! We barely had room on our table to fit it all. We were literally about 5 minutes from walking out if it hadn't arrived! This whole time, I noticed loads of servers, but 2 girls taking orders and loads of guys bringing trays with drinks and food, but not always actually serving. The girls would do that. What struck me was that no one seemed to notice that our tables were empty. As in get involved, chase up orders and such. I think that the restaurant was too overwhelmed for the evening. I would have wanted to order more drinks and more food, but after starting to eat 1 hour and 45 min from arriving, I decided not to take the risk of waiting another 2 hours for a main. I was seriously considering asking for the service charge to be taken off my bill for the poor service I got. The food was actually nice, the cocktails we got were nice, the shisha was a bit harsh (and I'm a smoker), the pricing was decent. The service really let the place down. Maybe they need to look at employing more staff in the kitchen and maybe 1 or 2 bartenders to make things quicker. Also.... Please do something about the toilet. It looked like a proper public one that is tended every 12 hours. It looked pretty inside, the music was OK and at a decent volume

P.S. I think the owners might want to take it easy on the fake 5 star reviews. It is sooooo...

Last weekend, I had the immense pleasure of visiting Bonzai in London, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. This establishment has truly mastered the art of creating a peaceful atmosphere paired with top-notch offerings. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms and a warm smile by the manager, Pushkar. His friendly nature immediately put me at ease, making me feel right at home.

The Hookah at Bonzai is an absolute must-try, and Awais, with his incredible suggestions, made my first time trying shisha in London an unforgettable one. His knowledge and enthusiasm were evident as he guided me through the various flavors, ensuring I had an experience tailored to my preferences.

One of the highlights of my visit was the personalized service at the bar. Being allergic to pineapple but a fan of Malibu, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a drink. However, the mixologist, Bhupinder, went above and beyond to craft an exquisite cocktail just for me, ensuring it was free of pineapple and bursting with flavor. His attention to detail and creativity truly set the bar high.

And then there was the food. Chef Vishal’s culinary creations were nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was prepared to perfection, with the sushi being the crowning glory. It was like the cherry on top of a cake – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Bonzai is, without a doubt, the best place I have hung out in London. The combination of a serene atmosphere, outstanding service, and delectable food and drinks makes it a standout destination. I can’t wait to return and experience the magic all over again. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy some of the best Hookah, cocktails, and cuisine in the city, look no further...

It is my first time on this restaurant. I've booked for New Year Eve but it will be the last time because this restaurant ruin my night,I've booked for a dinner which I tought will be a great dinner but I was so wrong.I've booked a table for 2,through The Fork, because I saw it has a good rating and it was advertised for 50% off,but it wasn't the case,at this restaurant 50% when you book through The Fork means only the cheapest dishes, when I complain about this they said is normal to give only what less expensive not all the menu, just to try few things, the cheapes,so they lie when they put on The Fork 50% off, this promotion is only for dishes under £15,totaly unfair,is my first time when this happend in a restaurant booked with The Fork because all the time was 50% off for everything, not only for few dishes .Now let's speak about food,HORRIBLE🤮🤮,I can't belive now when I see reviews saying is great food, after we ate those dishes, something with raw fish we began to feel sick🤢🤢,the fish had a strange taste but I tought is because is raw, they advertise as seared but wasn't the case,it was something with tuna, taste which I know very well because I eat often sashimi, but here....damn it was HORRIBLE.Only good dish was sort of soup,The prices are out of this world for what they offer, is not worthing +£60 for what I ordered, small portions, fade taste for food and they lie about 50% off.I choose because of reviews but I was scammed, stay away from this overpriced so called restaurant, there are much better options.

Such an amazing experience with friends! Came with a group of 4, we thought we would have a time limit to how long we could stay at our table but the staff were so so friendly and welcoming, never rushed us at all, and we truly enjoyed our time here to the fullest. Was expecting it to be busy but not at all, seems to be a fairly new establishment, clean interior, wasnt hot or cold indoors- perfect temperature (has heating/ac in case of temp/climate changes) Food and cocktails 😍was amazing! There was so many cocktails to choose from and they were all so creative and yummy! , they have such a large menu (loved the concept of scanning a code and just having it on our phones rather than physical menus). We orderes so many different types of food, very affordable, catered to vegetarians well as all we had were veg food. Great value for money. Atmosphere was terrific, although i would say to make the music volume a littleee bit lower as we couldn’t hear each other too well, other than that, everything was amazing. Staff were super friendly, and even offered us shots before leaving! ( i wish I had asked for his name but thank you! ) service was great too. Will definitely be recommending this to my friends :)
