Boom Bap Burger Restaurant & Bar Tooting — Restaurant in London

So me and my friends go journeying through tooting market, not expecting much you know? Just having a good time, and this place strikes us down with its grabbing sign and friendly faces. We sit to eat, and one of the most wonderful gentleman known to humankind greets us by giving my friend some napkins, nothing about us ordering, no pressure to make us spend money, just e genuinely kind action. Already we love this man. Then comes the food, three of us go for the smash burger, while one goes for the bacon cheese burger, with us all loving the fries and can included. And in no time it’s placed in front of us, in all its juicy, succulent beauty. Thing is now, I chose to go without cheese, and wondered if it’d be annoying, but the truest angelic server that handles everything, and offered the napkins, happily goes along with the modification, and our food is delivered with the same kindness and respect as before.

This food did not take long to eat, as we couldn’t stop devouring, whenever I next go to tooting market I’m going back to the exact same place, and have already mentioned here to almost everyone I’ve spoken...

1. The music was a bit loud even for me :(
2. The blue cheese burger was a delight, I really enjoyed my burger :)
3. However, my friend who selected the veggie option was very disappointed. On the menu it shows that it includes the Boom bap sauce. In my opinion, you need to state what the Boom Bap sauce is, (ingredient etc) which is mainly 90% mayonnaise and my friend is not a mayo fan at all. When we asked the waiter what the Boom bap sauce was his response was “ it’s a similar mayonnaise sauce you’d get in McDonalds with a bit of tomato ketchup.” Not the response you’d hear when you’re paying three times the price.
4. The waiter then came round to check on us and we explained to him our disappointment. To our shock horror he then came round and gave my friend a knife to scoop off the sauce. There was too much sauce on the as it completely saturated the burger.

My daughter fortunately pointed me in the direction of Boom Bap some months ago. Thursday was my wife and I's 5th visit having had 4 excellent meals there previously. Sadly our first ever visit that we walked away and said "that was a shame". It was Thursday 730PM we were the only 2 diners so were surprised to have to wait 15 mins. I said to the guy cooking "did you forget us" He apologised profusely and said the order hadn't come through. He did our fries and onion rings immediately whilst we waited for our burgers. They were great to nibble on as we were hungry, however ideally they would have been served with our dinner! My wife asked for her burger medium to well done and I, well done. Sadly both burgers came out pink! We were too hungry and had been there too long to complain. We ate, paid and left. We will go again as we have had 4 excellent meals. Hopefully you can get back on...
