If I could give 0 star I would ... for the terrible service from a blond lady who clearly hate her job, after a terrible thunderstorm today just before 4pm myself and a friend walked in for an experience, the grumpy blondie gave us a very unwelcome look ... I asked twice how she’s was as a normal greeting, never got a response after order the coffee she point out her hands towards the door saying it’s take away right ? I was shocked with her attitude and kindly asked if we could stay in, ( the open and closing down timing on the doors clear stated 5pm Tuesday) Her terrible attitude after staring at her watch for couple of seconds gave us a clear indication that we were not welcome, therefore we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I would never go back neither recommend this place due to her luck of customer service .... I was shocked and very sad to experience this kind of approach, I recently move to area and notice soo many business closed down pos lockdown, you can’t treat your customers with no passion or enthusiasm if you want to keep the business open......

5 star customer service! I have been an occasional customer at this cafe for a couple of years since it opened, when I am in the area. The coffees and owner have always been lovely; however more recently, I can honestly say that since the introduction of mandatory face-coverings, this is the only public space where I feel 'normal' and not discriminated against when wearing my mask exemption/invisible illness lanyard and badge. If it isn't actual questioning or rude and presumptuous comments when out and about in public these days, I receive frowns and negativity literally everywhere I go, just because I do not visibly look like I have a disability. This cafe is the exception, where the lovely owner (whose name I sadly do not know!) does not bat an eye and treats me just like every other customer - without prejudice and with a smile. It truly makes all the difference in a society that preaches kindness but demonstrates relentless and unjust judgement. The customer service in Boutique Cafe restores my faith and I honestly cannot thank this establishment...
