Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. My friend and I booked tickets to see Tom Zanetti through eventbrite. We travelled an hour to get to this venue. When we got there, we were told that we couldn’t get it due to the fact we were wearing white trainers. Apparently ANY OTHER coloured trainers were allowed. We explained to the bouncer that the dress code was NOT displayed on eventbrite so we didn’t know that this was an issue. We then spoke to the manager who was extremely rude, he did not listen to our explanation at all and was extremely dismissive. No responsibility was taken to address that fact it was their error for not including a strict dress code on eventbrite. What a waste...
Read moreI had my 40th Birthday at bridgebar & from the moment I booked with them, to the night of the party they were excellent. Michael was always on hand to answer any questions I had. They were all very understanding, polite & accommodating. My birthday party ran smoothly & when my guests were not ready for the night to end, the staff were even polite about getting them out respectfully lol I had my own DJ, which I think is also amazing that they let you have that as an option.
