Imm Thai Fusion Beckenham — Restaurant in London

We had a fantastic lunch at Imm Thai Fusion today. The food was excellent. We started with summer rolls. These were freshly made and full of flavour. The accompanying dip worked very well with the rolls. We then had a delicious green curry with chicken - again beautifully prepared with aubergines, mushrooms and fresh red chillis. The chicken was tender and worked very well with the curry. The sticky rice was perfectly cooked and the single portion was more than enough of the two of us. We also had Takrai beef stir fry which also very tasty and beautifully prepared. The service was immaculate from start to finish and we appreciated the care given to the way the food was presented to us. I am never one to complain but on this occasion I feel I have no option. We were left so disappointed with the service and the food, our evening with friends was ruined for having to wait two and a half hours for it to arrive.

We placed our order at 7.38pm for it to be delivered at 10pm and the food was in no way worth the wait or the money (nearly £100) and with no apology from the restaurant. After waiting to find out where it was the man on the phone could tell us nothing about our order. The deliveroo driver had been kept waiting at the restaurant for 45 mins.

We expected a wait for it being a Saturday evening but this length of time is completely unacceptable, if you can't fulfill an order in a timely manner and with food of a high quality to match the price you shouldnt take the...

This is the worst place ever, customer service skills are appalling as we walked in and was told we would be seated for dinner as the kitchen doesn’t close until 10:30pm, then a staff member comes out and tried to put us off by saying their is a long wait time for the food, we said don’t worry we can wait as we really wanted to try their food, then he comes out again with excuses that the chiefs don’t want to cook anymore food and therefore would be unable to seat us. Time is 9:30pm and the kitchen closes at 10:30pm. We are a family of 4 people. We eat out as a family at least 4 times per week, and I have never experienced such an experience from any restaurant in Beckenham and I’ve eaten at most of them. Never again, very unprofessional...
