I visited this cafe a couple of days ago with my family. We all ordered the full english breakfast. The price has increased by a pound but I would say that with what you get it is still worth it. Everything was cooked to perfection with the right amount of salt. I give the service 3 stars as one of the plates were forgotten so one person had received their food by the time everyone else finished. Staff did not apologise or reimburse for the wait.

Its ok. The prices are reasonable and the food is of a good standard. I wpuld say when they are busy customer service is a tad slow and non existent. However when its ticking over its worth popping into even for their "full english" breakfast. Also the panini's are worth a bite or two.

The cheapest full breakfast around for £4.50 and the portion is large. I was completely stuffed that I didn't have any space for hot drinks. The only let down was the potato wedges as it wasn't fried fresh it didn't taste great. Other than that you can't go wrong.

this was my 3rd visit - food is mediocre/decent and that's what generally one goes for...however I had a terrible customer service - having waited for the hot drinks with 2 other folks I enquired twice and no result. the third time I spoke to a guy at the counter - he reacted defensively having told him that we are nearly done eating our food and no drinks given after enquiring- he stated in his vile poor communicational manner that's not to do with him and pointed at other colleagues - at the same time questioning me rudely saying who did you ask not me - no- so why not ask the same person who you asked . this is when I lost my patience and told the guy off for being unprofessional - he carried on stating he is correct pointing at his colleague who was behind him stating 'she doesnt do it i tell her many times' - after which I really lost my temper and stated that's bad customer service - surely its a team effort to ensure orders are given and relayed with team mates- you get paid due to customers if you cant treat us right you wont get any customers - don't blame the customer no matter what! the staff need customer service training, no smile - no etiquette and rude when asked for drinks that we clearly paid for ...

Was enjoying a day out in London with my 2 good friends and thought we'd make a quick stop at this local cafe.

We tried their Biryani and it was fantastic, so fantastic. I absolutely loved it.. as a chef and doctor myself.. all I'm saying is.. the fusion and chemistry was all there! Me and my friends thought it was actually really good and tasted better than the Biryani you get served at top end restaurants.

However, I was extremely angered and had to stop myself from beating up one of the staff members that day for mocking and humiliating us. All we did was ask him for 2 extra spoons to taste and share a plate of food and he laughed in our face and made us wait deliberately.

It was very sad because I would have made it rain for him that day but he had to be a $@#!%

Absolute trash that guy but the Biryani was 10/10 anyway.

You can forgive bad food but never a bad service.

Been in this game all my life and never have I had an experience with such a rude person before.

Absolutely trash of a person, no class, no respect,...

The food does taste good but comes with hair as an added bonus, i assume for extra flavour. And when i asked the ladies why theres hair in my food they brushed it off saying it's part of the mushroom, as if i don't know the difference between a mushroom and a black frizzy hair on the turkey bacon. And the fact one of the ladies making it had the exact hair type. I touched it and confirmed with all my mates that it was definitely hair so the workers reaction shocked me. They just grabbed the turkey off the plate, removed the hair and put it straight back on the plate as if they see their customers as animals. They chose dishonesty instead of resolving the issue, says a lot about their character and customer service but all is good. The Environmental Health and Trading Standards for Food Safety, Tower Hamlets have been contacted and this incident has been reported. Best of luck. Hope it...
