phoned for a delivery order was told they was very busy and could not take my order and would phone me back in a minute 20 minutes later no one had phoned so i called back and was told they was still too busy to take my order 35 minutes later no one had phoned back so i called again and was told they was just about to ring back however because they had taken so long to phone back half of my order was now unavailable due to them being busy and they would not deliver my current order as it did not exceed £20 due to unavailable items. i received no apology for waiting and no food after waiting over an hour this was my first attempt at a delivery although i have eaten for years from take away the food portions are over priced in my opinion and u get much bigger elsewhere it would appear they have become to successful to actually care about their customers any more . If you cannot take an order in an hour its obvious to me that you need more staff as this has not only resulted in a loss of custom today but also in the as the alternative i tried was actually better and cheaper and minimum delivery was only 12 not 20 so as always the only real way to complain is with your wallet or as they say in the caribbean "if u cant hear...

I went here that day as I wasn't feeling well and wanted soup with my 7 year old daughter. We ordered food it wasn't that busy so we sat to eat and the soup was great my daughter loved it. Once we finished we was asked are we waiting for someone and I was going to pick my niece from around the corner soon but as it was raining thought I'd sit in the warmth a bit longer before to the car. 10 mins later that can back and stated that the manager is watching up on CTV and to remind us this is a restaurant as myself and my daughter had finished eating cleaned our mess and was reading a book. My daughter felt offended and asked why we had to leave and why we was questioned. Even though the food was good on that day, customer service is a great tool and should be excellent on evey occasion a mother and daughter after eating in the restaurant reading a book for no longer then 20mins is not a reason to rush us off as the restaurant wasn't that busy. Shocking how RACIST the staff here are; 25 minutes of waiting only for them to serve TWO customers (possibly regulars) that were behind us. We were not approached or even acknowledged. When we questioned; staff and their customers ganged up on us. Needless to say that we did not continue with the order; we will never be returning to this despicable establishment. If you are black then you're safe ordering from this establishment (I do not say this lightly) and service will be 100% because they look after their own people....otherwise avoid like the plague. This is not our first visit here and unfortunately no matter how good the food is here; their DISGUSTING ATTITUDE and DESPICABLE BEHAVIOUR is simply not acceptable!
