Callooh Callay Chelsea — Restaurant in London

I'm not one to write a negative review but this bar hands down is the worst that I've ever experienced. I've worked 20 plus years in hospitality and never come across such a poor level of service. We had the so called VIP booked for 14 of us only to be given a space for 4, we waited at the bar for 20 plus minutes to be then told to that it's table service which there was no one there to take our order. No word of a lie it took close to an hour to get a drink!!! As far as the staff are concerned I just don't have the energy to detail how obnoxious, rude and arrogant they were This place is horrible will NEVER go back...

To be honest, the overall experience at the place was not good. First of all, I want to point out that the service was excellent and the staff were super kind. Cocktails are very expensive in relation to their taste. The cocktails cost £ 14. There was no balance in their taste. Completely sweet without any additional layers, quality cocktails combine different flavors. And these ones didn't. Nice interiors and atmosphere, plus the drinks taste good but the cost is extortionate. Expect to pay about £35 for 2 drinks. For 1 round of drinks for 5 of us I paid nearly £100. The service in our exclusive room was extremely slow and impractical, the tech on the tills seems to take far too long to wrangle even for simple orders. They were entirely out of cider with no alternatives, they defaulted to doubles without asking, and the kitchen was out of order.
