I am greatly disappointed by the experience I had at the restaurant. I made a prior visit to the establishment in order to prepare for the meeting, but unfortunately, the actual day of the meeting was fraught with issues. The service staff consisted of only one woman who attended to me and my guest, while the two male employees lacked services and confidence when asked about their recommendations. Upon the arrival of the food, I immediately noticed the presence of hair on the plate. When I requested a new plate, the manager attempted to justify the presence there wasn’t hair. The replacement plate was double-fried, a fact which left me shocked and frustrated, as It was served a valued guest, even though I asked for new fries. Furthermore, I was later asked to move tables, despite my having received an earlier seating arrangement. This incident demonstrated a lack of care on the part of the restaurant's staff towards me and my guest. When the bill arrived, I requested that the tip be removed and that a discount be provided for the lack of integrity and contamination of the food. The manager's attempts to justify again the situation only served to exacerbate the situation, making it difficult for me to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for my guest. As a result, I was forced to pay the full amount. I regret to say that I will not return to this establishment for any future meetings and highly recommend that others...
Read moreFIrst restaurant i visited after lockdown and undoubetdly the BEST option I could have made! Walking into the restaurant it has a beautiful and modern ambience combined with a great decor. The sotude seating area is also a wonderful place to dine in good weather. We were all greeted by super friendly and caring staff who had our comfort as their priority the whole way through the dining experience.
The food was absoultely astonishing, all the way through from starters to the deserts. For starters our table ordered the volcano shrimp and fried calamari which tasted amazing, alongside a bruschetta platter which was also really good. For my main I was fully endulged in the chicken escalope i had ordered but also took a sneaky bite out the lasagna i ordered for my two younger children which was also very nice. An extensive drinks menu will mean there's something to suit everyone, and even our non-alcoholic party was wowed by the options they had to offer. For dessert, I got the cheescake which is has now undoubtedly made chezz maiss one of my top places to come just for dessert becasue their signature cheescake truly does not miss.
Couldn't be any bit more happy with the amazing service offered by all the restaurant staff who were really good with the younger kids and made us very welcome, a huge well done to the head chef and and his team for a great menu and delicious food, Coming her again for...
Read moreThis is a lovely, cosy restaurant tucked away in a quiet corner of the Hammersmith Broadway. At first we thought it was only another coffee shop serving coffee and cake. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was so much more! We went in thinking we will just have a coffee as all the other coffee shops were so full. Well, they had a full bar counter with all the drinks imaginable, very stylish and comfortable seating, chic decor, well dressed waiters and very welcoming. We decided to have lunch as well. I had a lemon and cream chicken with a salad and my husband had a steak. The food was well presented, delicious and good portions. The steak was spot on although having a salad in a bucket was a bit awkward to eat but was sorted by asking for a side plate. We even noticed a lady come up to the counter to ask for the name of the red wine she was given, as it was so good. The menu was a short selection but would suit a vegan or vegetarian equably. Prices are very reasonable and not over the top. This was a very pleasant first encounter and we look forward to going there for drinks and snacks next time we go out shopping!
Well done. Your place is very likable and I recommend it...
