Chicago Grill Richmond — Restaurant in London

I used to visit C.G Hammersmith when I lived in Battersea, and after seeing on socials that Big Mo was at Richmond - I made a trip to see him after a couple years!!! He’s an absolute gem, but the lads working with him at Richmond are too, they’re all lovely friendly chatty staff. But it’s the burgers, they’re to die for - Big Mama is the one!!! Since I’m doing Keto the fact they do grilled chicken burgers along with cheese and bacon allows me to still enjoy their offerings! (Dirty Keto) My boyfriend had a regular Big Mama meal - pictured - this is fave place to get burgers! We travel from Sussex/Wiltshire for these! I highly recommend a visit for their food...

My daughter and I went into Chicago Grill in Richmond for first time today. Was taken by surprise by the friendliness and patience of the manager Mohammed. He explained the menu items in great detail and gave us suggestions on what to order…He told me if I was not happy with the order, our food would be free…I can say with hand on heart it was the best burger that I’ve eaten and would of paid more for what we had. It was great value for money. A nice clean shop and kitchen. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They also do home delivery which is a bonus. Will definitely eat there again....

Friendly staff on arriving at this eatery and after ordering food my Chicken Salad Wrap was served last out of five of us ordering the outside of the wrap was hot but not so the chicken inside, unfortunately I ate it wondering about it’s like warm texture and within 5-10min I had stomach rumbling and needed to go to the bathroom which obviously there wasn’t one as it’s a sit down takeout so we all left and I had food poisoning with bad stools for a whole week please avoid this place very dodgy so called chef’s cooking your food never would I go there again or would I recommend it to anybody...
