Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

Very very dissapointed with customer service. We usually go thre on regular basis and their staff treat us very well specially always there us short heighted girl and guy with glasses they both are very polite and nice but yesterday thre was new girl she wear glasses too but she was very very rude . Iam also doing job in hospitalty industry but i never saw someone they way she behave with us . We order 3 burger nd she just took order for 1 meal. sHe was busy in her phone and did not greet well. wHen our food is ready i told her we order for 3 burgers and she started argue that no you order 1 meal she is like i can hear. You r lying this and that and she us very very angry and rude. I dont understand its clearly big diffrence between meal and3 burgers but then the other girl which iam talking about short highted she ask her that its ok take ordrr again and she serve us once our order is ready she is looks at us in a very angry way and behave very badly.she makes our burgers very very spicy nd we even dnt say that we wnt spicy. We cant even eat them cos thre is lots of chilli sause inside like she makes in angry mood. She even dont know how to talk with customers i dont know why they assist her as Csr that she even dont like if someone go thre for order. You guys lost your regular customers. we want refund as we through burgers in bin cos we cant eat cos she put lots of chilli sause. we want refund . wE usually go thre in groups of 4 or 5 but yesterday she makes us feel that why we go thre. Very very very dissappinted with her behaviour. Management team if you are reading this please teach her some customers skilss so that she know atleast how to deal with...

Probably the worst Chicken cottage I have been to recently.went there to order some food for the family to take away,the guy at the counter looked like he needed a long holiday,no enthusiasm no manners,he wasn't rude but he showed no passion to serve.the shop looked like it was falling apart.i could see loose cables from what looked like a exposed electric box.the seats were of a nice colour but the tables needed cleaning. Anyway getting back to my order,we ordered some chicken wings and chicken pieces. We literally had to beg him to add a extra chicken wing to our order as it didn't meet the fixed price list because of 1 chicken wing, he hesitantly agreed to put in the extra wing (although we never checked out of good faith) He put the items in the bag when it was ready, to my shock he gavegave it to my without even asking if I wanted any sauce. Again I had to ask all he gave was 2 chilli sauce dips,no ketchup mayonnaise.we spent about £13 but it has left a terrible impression on me that's why the long review? The food wasnt cold byt it wasn't great not of a expected standard. It's not a personal attack as I have family who have a background in the food industry.
