Chicken Cottage — Restaurant in London

I dont have anything against the quality of the food but the staff are shocking. I work down the road and i visited chicken cottage yesterday, i was served by a polite indian guy, he mentioned the card machine was playing up but offered to give it a go and it was fine. The transaction and the service was smooth but today omg, i went back in and i was served by a rude european girl. I placed my order and took out my card it was a credit card she said the card machine is not working i explained that it is a credit card and i cannot take out cash. She saw i had a £5 which i did and told me to use my £5. This note was not mine i was asked by a friend to change his old £5 as i was passing the bank, so i was not going to use someone else's money. She completely refused to try the machine, the indian guy told her to try it and still she refused. I know what is going on, i know they do not want to use it because of bank charges on the business from the bank. Not my problem to be honest, you run a business that should factor in these charges. This european girl should never in the future run her own business as she does not understand how its done. Poor poor service run...

Disgusting place no number to complain either.. wonder why 🤔 probably cause so many ppl complain! they just take your money and can’t do their job properly . this place will close trust me and I hope they do ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.. AVOID!! ordered yesterday a chicken wrap which was the complete opposite of what I asked for it had peppers and tomatoes in when I specifically asked for no salad no cheese either which I paid for. Chips tasted undercooked and was freezing and DRY!! The wrap was a plain chicken when I asked for breaded chicken .. like how it is that hard to understand seriously.. it left me in a very upset mood and I use to only come here. In the last 8 months this place had gone completely downhill real shame and shame on you too!! Plus it’s not cheap either sort it out! I been at the chicken cottage in wilsden green a cuple of hurs ago and i bought 2 double chees burger. the it was complitly dry, and overcook but it's ok. the person that served me ( a woman) was no smiling and upset, but it's ok.I was already in the tube when i start to eat my burger when at the second bite i found 1 hair inside. I put out the hair and when the burger was almost finish i felt sometigh crunchy in my mouth and i found 4 cm of plastic black wire in! All this is unacceptable!!!!!! I was the only one in the shop, it was not a busy moment so, she just doesn't care about what she was doing!!! If that burgher was for a kid, the kid would have suffocated!! I really hope that you gonna do something about it. I ll never go to the chicken...
